#389E: "Love Instead of Wars" - it's high time that on this approximately 2025th anniversary of Jesus' birth, as a civilization of planet Earth, let us finally decide to choose true love for God, our neighbours, and nature

A summary of item #V3 from this blog-post #389E and from the web page named "humanity.htm" - which is the source publication for this post #389E. The following text of item #V3 quotes the explanation of Dr. Eng. Jan Pająk - i.e. the author of these descriptions, revealing the essence of the most important three principles of operation and mechanisms, all of which - if used correctly, lead to success in achieving goals that humans try to accomplish in their lives. Each of these principles of operation and mechanisms is independent of the others, and thus can be implemented both in isolation, or together with another selected one of them, or even collectively as all three together. Although the monopoly of "official atheistic science" will probably proclaim that the first two of these three principles of operation and mechanisms, namely {A1} and {A2} described below, are unscientific, totalizm has confirmed with the testimony of all its most important "3 witnesses" (whom include also empirical evidence), that each of them, after meeting its requirements, allows for achieving the expected results and goals. These principles of operation and mechanisms have already been described, tested in their use with the tools of the philosophy of totalizm, and confirmed by the most important "3 witnesses". In this item #V3, the author also briefly explains examples of how these three principles and mechanisms can be used to jointly develop a happy and long-lasting marital life with your wife or husband. Furthermore, the author provides links to videos and information that further expand the knowledge revealed here. He also reveals the possible characteristics and sources of obstacles that, in marriages, must be mutually and cooperatively overcome, circumvented, or tolerated when they try to prevent us from achieving our goals. Before concluding this study, the author reminds us that these same principles and mechanisms can also be used to develop and implement the goal and dream of almost all rational humanity members, which is: lasting peace on Earth and the use of peaceful negotiations for solving human problems instead of to-date wars. Unfortunately, this goal has been loudly talked about by leaders and elites for millennia, but so far, these leaders have not even attempted to actually implement it.


#V3 and #389E. The existence of many different principles of operation and mechanisms, established and already researched by Dr Eng. Jan Pająk using the tools of his philosophy from 2020 published online under the covertly combated name "Totalizm2020", allows people who use them to achieve realistic life goals they set for themselves – expanded on an example of using the three most important of these principles of operation and mechanisms to achieve the life goal of all people, which is happiness, long-lasting, and prosperity in the lives of married couples, as well as truth, peace, and prosperity in the lives of entire humanity:


Motto: "In order NOT to take away from people the "free will" created by God (which by totalizm is described e.g. on the web page named "will.htm"), everything that True God created to exist in the long term God always creates in the required number of various differences of them that operate on completely different principles". (Explanation of this motto. If you have doubts whether this motto actually expresses the truth, consider e.g. such phenomena as destructive "tornadoes" - about which the employees of today's monopoly of "official atheistic science" insist that tornadoes supposedly have only one origin from the mechanisms of nature. Meanwhile, according to the results of the author's research, summarized in item #C2 from his web page named "tornado.htm" - tornadoes (together with almost identically formed "hurricanes" described e.g. on my web page named "hurricane.htm") turn out to have at least three different origins and different mechanisms of operation. These three different origins and operations of tornadoes, tools of my philosophy of totalizm describes as: (1) "Acts of God", (2) phenomena of nature, and (3) atmospheric cataclysms technically induced with "magnetic whirls" generated by invisible to humans telekinetically propelled starships of UFOnauts secretly occupying and tormenting the Earth. Hence, against the consequences of each of these three different origins of tornadoes (and also hurricanes) humanity will be able to defend itself effectively only after developing three defence methods for these three origins of tornadoes, which are unique in their principles of operation but similar to the three methods of achieving human goals described below. Because the "official atheistic science" stubbornly persists in its errors, methods of truly effective defence against tornadoes will probably be developed only when humanity establishes a parallel-working competition to the current monopoly of the official science. This competition under the name of the new "totaliztic science" has already been described in item #C6 and in items preceding #C6, from the author's web page named "telekinetics.htm".)


       The sheer number of different principles and mechanisms by which people can achieve the same goals is illustrated by practically everything around us. For example, to achieve the goal of visiting friends living some distance apart, people can walk, ride a horse or donkey, travel by bicycle, motorcycle, car, train, plane, ship, etc., or even use a combination of various means of transportation. If they contract an illness that official doctors cannot cure, or when they refuse to use official medicines because these cause harmful side effects, they can still heal themselves using one out of a vast array of other methods of healing. Describing just a few of them that I encountered in my travels around the world took me two dedicated web pages, named "healing.htm" and "plague.htm", plus many additional observations also reported on several my other web pages and publications, e.g. on "fruit.htm" or "korea.htm". The same is true with all other goals that people try to achieve.

       In the meantime, the newest version of my philosophy of totalizm (i.e. the totalizm written in the language of Poland with letter "z"), which I named "Totalizm2020" because it was created in 2020, and which is an improved, extended and more detailed version of my "totalizm from 1985" described on my web page named "totalizm.htm", revealed to us that everything that happens in our "World of Matter" is just one of many manifestations of the capabilities and behaviours of the so-called "God Drobinas". (Please DO NOT confuse "God Drobinas" discovered by the author of this article, with "God Particle" which is searched for by employees of the costly monopoly of "official atheistic science"- as both of them represent drastically different qualities. For example, in spite that soon the "official atheistic science" is to start denying it to its followers to appear reliable, "God Particle" is NOT able to form the so-called "dark matter", which is actually formed from "God Drobinas" that are to remain invisible to present human instruments.) My discovery of the existence of these most elementary components, among others - also of entire matter, was costing me "zero dollars" - while during the attempts to discover of non-existing "God Particle" the expensive monopoly of "official atheistic science" has already proverbially "broken its teeth" and almost ruined our entire space-time. God Drobinas themselves, together with the history of my discovery of the structure and operation of these "God Drobinas", I described in more detail in #K1 and #K2 from the web page "god_exists.htm", as well as in posts to blogs of totalizm numbered #325E and #326E. Since these "God Drobinas" are able to produce their manifestations only through triggering at various levels a finite number of different phenomena that they themselves are able to generate, philosophically this means that all natural mechanisms that people can use to achieve their goals, will utilise only such finite number of phenomena that can be generated by God Drobinas. My theoretical analyses based on the list of phenomena indicated by the philosophy of totalizm that God Drobinas are able to generate, and then additionally confirmed by statements of the most important so-called "3 witnesses", allowed me to work out more broadly several mechanisms and principles of operation already used, and thus already researched by the author of this publication (i.e. by Dr Eng. Jan Pająk), the use of which allows people to achieve their intended goals. In turn, the development by the philosophy of totalizm of a number of other such mechanisms and principles of operation similar to the ones described below, for example such as: telepathy, telekinesis, the state of telekinetic flickering, hypnosis, the so-called rays of cold (in Polish called "promienie zimna"), emission of different coloured types of light, emission of light corpuscles, etc., especially those of them which humanity has not yet learned at the level of engineering "how", the author left to be described in more detail in his further studies planned to be published in the future as his time allows.

       And so, these identified, developed, and already described in more detail by the author in previous publications of totalizm, three mechanisms and principles of operation universally useful for achieving human goals, which the author has already selected for presentation in this study, while the existence and operation of which the author has previously researched with the proven tools of his philosophy of everything called "Totalizm2020" (described on my web page named "totalizm2020_uk.htm"), and confirmed with the testimonies of the "3 witnesses", include:
{A1} asking by praying to be provided or helped by God - through, for example, using the credit of "privileges" that has been granted to us by God because of our conscientious fulfilment of the commandments and requirements described in the Bible (e.g. see my blog #362E), especially through fulfilling the 10 commandments, i.e., through serving God in such way (see [#1] in blog #387E or in the web page of "totalizm.htm"), in order to be able to later pray for the occurrence of some events that will enable the praying person to achieve the goal for which he or she is praying, or he/she cares.
{A2} the use of intelligent so-called "moral energy". This alows to accomplish own goals by unleashing work of the previously accumulated intelligent "moral energy", which is programmed in a previously learned manner that indicates to this energy what it should do for us after the unleashing. However, in order for what totalizm calls intelligent "moral energy" and what, for example, the Chinese call "Chi or Qigong" (see, for example, items #D2 and #D3 of the web page "nirvana.htm" and/or, for example, blogs #370E, #377E, and #318E) - is to bring us consequences, to achieve goals, or to perform actions for us that we normally are NOT able to achieve on our own, we must first: learn "how" to generate this moral energy, how to program it, and how to use it intelligently in our lives. Incidentally, an activity that generates large amounts of "moral energy" is, for example, marital sexual intercourse, completed in accordance with God's requirements and commandments. I once learned that for women, one such intercourse can be the equivalent of up to seven (7) hours spent exercising in a gym. Why marital sex can so effectively generate "moral energy" is explained, for example, by a "Kama Sutra" expert from India. (What is "Kama Sutra", search i.e. with the command https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=kama+sutra .) This is because proper intercourses can cause the activation of virtually every muscle and every cell in a woman’s body (see, for example, the 16:19-minute video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2l2PsaBqN_U ).
{A3} The method rationally designed by the person or people who intend to achieve a given goal, and who use the previously acquired or already existing knowledge, experience, brainpower and creativity – then strictly followed by the implementation of this method. Nowadays, this is the most common method used and known by Earth's inhabitants to achieve their goals.

       Because the principles of operation and mechanisms for achieving goals using the above methods are already well known and widely described, they can be called "conventional". Each of them can be used to achieve any goal, as long as the requirements for its use are met. People have been using each of them for a very long time, but without knowing their differences and characteristics, they have been unable to choose the principle or mechanism that is most appropriate for the intended goal or purpose. However, the key to selecting them lies in knowing the requirements that must be met for their effectiveness - e.g. for those relating to God, described in the Bible verses.

       The wise father of author of this study always used to say that - I quote: "A man learns throughout entire his life and still dies stupid". This saying of his father is indeed true e.g. for the author of this study. For example, every previous relationship the author had with a woman, and even his marriage, always fell apart. As a result, while writing this study, the author still lives alone - only occasionally accompanied by a neighbour's cat, who regularly visits and clearly respects him. The benefit of these numerous break-ups, however, is that if he hadn't experienced so many previous breakdowns in his own relationships, he would never have had the motivation to educate himself about what is most important in marriages - that is, he would never have been able to advise others (as below) to NOT make at least the same mistakes that he personally has made. After all, his subsequent analyses of the causes of these break-ups implied and confirmed that the main cause was the author's lack of the required knowledge of the universal mechanisms and principles that govern over any success, including success in happiness, longevity (long-lasting), and the fate of marriages.

       However, before I discuss these universal mechanisms and principles of operation using examples of marriages, I must first warn that they can be divided into two categories. One {v} such category are those whose effects a given marriage can influence by actions undertaken by both spouses of this marriage carried out to achieve a given goal (e.g., it can influence in order to achieve "victory" in achieving happiness and the long-lasting of the marriage) For this category I will provide its summary in {B1} to {B4} of this paper. The other {x} category are those that are governed by superior laws and powers. Therefore its effects a given marriage cannot influence. Thus, I will only mention them here and refer the reader to learn about them in other publications of totalizm. The most vital among these {x} mechanisms and principles of operation that invalidate our actions, include - among others (as there are many more of them than I am to describe here):
{x1} the action of karma. Karma operates with iron consistency and does NOT pay attention to what we desire or do at a given moment. In fact, to teach us more effectively, karma always strikes at the moment and in the situation when there is the highest chance that we will most strongly notice its existence and action. For example, painful karma strikes at moments when it will harm us the most and thus we will feel it the most painfully and remember the longest. In addition, karma decides the outcomes of more than half of our life actions - as I explain this in more detail in post #388E to the blogs of totalizm (i.e. blogs also available, among others, via my publication [13] in the PDF format distributed free of charge on the web page named "tekst_13.htm"). I described the ruthlessness of "karma" in more detail, among others, in my blog #388E and also e.g. on the web pages "karma.htm" or "mozajski_uk.htm", as well as in publications linked from the index of totalizm web pages, named "skorowidz.htm", which is written in the language of my native Poland. If we have "karma" from the past that our marital life is destined to fail (e.g. when actually it was us that ruined the previous marriage we participated in), then no matter what we do, the marriage will still fail, and we end up alone or only in the company of a cat (which usually behaves like a typical woman) or a dog (which usually behaves like a typical man).
{x2} God's action. Our marriage will NOT go according to our plan if the marital intentions we are trying to implement do NOT align with the fate that God has previously designed for us and has already entered into the "Omniplan" - as I explain in item #J5 from my web page named "petone.htm", and in post #299E to the blogs of totalizm. God, in turn, has many reasons to harden us in life using methods called in the Bible as "purifying gold with fire", and described by an English proverb with the words "if it doesn't kill you, it makes you stronger" - see https://www.google.com/search?q=if+it+does+not+kill+you+it+makes+you+stronger+meaning .
{x3} the action of the "forces of evil" (i.e. UFOnauts). This is described in more detail, among others, in blog #388E and also in item #J2 from my web page named "ufo.htm". Let's start here by presenting the 2:34-minute video from the address https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9vvhm_jeCII . In it, a representative (spokesman) of the "Galactic Federation" describes what the near future of humanity is supposed to look like. However, before we downplay his statements as the fictional fabrication by AI (i.e. by artificial intelligence), let us recall that exactly the same future of humanity is predicted and described with different words by the prophecies of the American Hopi Indians about the so-called "Pahana White Brother" and is also described by my philosophy of totalizm - e.g. see the web page named "2030_uk.htm" or see our half-hour video from the address https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o06UvHgahr8 . The prophecies of Hopi Indians, totalizm, as well as the above representative (spokesman) of the "Galactic Federation", warn us that right now humanity is choosing its future between what the Bible calls "light" (while my philosophy of totalizm calls "behaviours that mainly produce adding fruits"), and between what the Bible calls "darkness" or "evil" that leads us to death (while what my totalizm calls: lies, extortion, bribery, etc., of the "powers of evil" that behave as to "subtract" – namely UFOnauts and their agents sent from Orion to Earth, and also human helpers of this power of evil). What is even more puzzling, this representative of the "Galactic Federation" almost confirms that the powers of evil secretly transfer to Earth the products of experiments of their scientists who are not very responsible and foresighted and proverbially are "playing God" by giving human intelligence to genetic composites of animals with humans (e.g. to chupacabras - e.g. search numerous videos on them using https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=chupacabra , griffins - e.g. see 11:53-minute video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_TAY5nIxeSM , mermaids - e.g. see 15:21-minute video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3nFfwxWt6Y , etc.). After all, the animal nature of such composites induces them, for example, to eat people’s flesh, to drink human blood, or just to kill for thrill and pleasure (or e.g. to return someone’s karma). Both folklore and reports of the latest empirical findings inform us about the secret existence and activities of such murderous creatures on Earth - for example, see the 49:21-minute video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e839WJgfs7s or the 26:29-minute video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oKV71UEux5c , or search for further similar reports, e.g., with the command https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=disappearances+in+national+parks . These creatures today called UFOnauts, in the Bible are described under the names devils, fallen angels of Lucifer, demons, dragons, snakes, serpents, etc. These creatures, being corporeal just like people are, and having in their cosmic confederation from the Orion planets NOT only all races from present-day humanity, but additionally also all other races secretly documented on Earth - including those races of two-legged furry creatures (Bigfoot, Yeti, etc.) still secretly eating and murdering people, have been harming humanity for millennia in countless different ways. For example, it was they who cunningly caused the crucifixion of Jesus - as I document this in post #366E to the blogs of totalizm and in item #D1 from my web page named "wtc.htm". Through a vast network of their agents, who look almost identical to humans and who operate on Earth in positions of influence and power, they destroy anyone who intentionally or unintentionally harms their secret occupation, exploitation, and destruction of humanity and the Earth, or exposes their satanic activities. Therefore, if anyone in any way interferes with the secret interests of these evil forces on Earth, they can destroy their every intention, including the happiness and long-lasting of their marriage or partnership - something I have personally experienced many times. They have a technology geared toward such destruction, as well as experience in harming people acquired over many thousands of years of practicing such harm. Fortunately, if, through serving God and the continuous growth of both participants in a given married couple, the couple receives the blessing and "privileges" of God's protection, then all attempts of UFOnauts to destroy their marriage are in most cases unsuccessful - although they can still occur in cases where UFOnauts' actions are aligned with God's long-term intentions. For more information about these destructive UFOnauts, see, for example, the aforementioned blog #388E.
{x4} the effects of human imperfections - e.g., deficiencies in: upbringing, knowledge, proper traits of character, culture, tradition, human laws (e.g., see {2E#E2} from blog #382E and the web pages "totalizm2020_uk.htm" or "2026totalizmparty.htm"), etc. We humans, like everything created from matter, often exhibit innate imperfections, and even the Bible reminds it to us. Furthermore, instead of improving as our lives progress, we often acquire even worse imperfections than those with which we were born. For example, some men, being born with inclinations which my totalizm calls "adding", due to the lack of mechanisms and traditions developed by humanity that would prevent the deepening of their characters towards evil (mentioned in my blog #388E), increasingly more often, as they gain power, acquire various "subtracting" tendencies, with which NOT only destroy themselves, but by which allowing them, for example, power, brutality, and ruthlessness towards others, cause them to start wars, turn into serial killers, etc. In turn, women, almost all of whom are born with natural inclinations which totalizm calls "subtracting", in some conditions can later deepen them even more until they become "natural destroyers". This destructive nature of women, along with the conditions in which their destructiveness manifests itself and which have just occurred in the most developed countries on Earth, is perfectly explained and empirically proven, for example, in the 26:49-minute video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yLTxiv_-uCA . Thus one can easily imagine the fate awaiting a husband who marries such a woman, and at the same time neither he nor his wife join forces to jointly and consensually prevent this tendency from manifesting in their own marriage - see the 19:27-minute video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C1vf8o-zcro . After all marriages, as almost everything in human lives, are extremely easy to destroy – e.g. it suffices that either wife or husband, do NOT fulfil requirements that God imposed on properly working marriage and that are described in various verses of the Bible.

       It's time, then, for the author of this study (i.e. Dr. Eng. Jan Pająk) to discuss several key guidelines worth knowing when attempting to use each of the above principles and mechanisms to achieve the goal described here, which is essential in the life of virtually every person, namely: happiness and long-lasting of marital life. I will discuss each of these guidelines below in separate sub-items {B1} to {B4}. Before I move on to this discussion, however, I believe it's worth drawing also the reader's attention to how inappropriate and therefore downright harmful to today's situation, are the official definitions of love, developed by the "luminaries" of our "official atheistic science". These definitions, and there are quite a lot of them, can be learned by using, for example, the following command: https://www.google.com/search?q=Oxford+dictionary+definition+of+love . The most important of these definitions states, and I quote from Google: "a strong feeling of deep affection or fondness for someone or something, often involving a deep attachment, care, and sometimes sexual attraction, encompassing family, friends, country, or a romantic partner". However, based on my own failing relationships with women, none of these official definitions are complete. They are omitting what's most important, and tailored to the perspective of an atheist male who has NO idea about true love or the intentions of our creator as expressed in the Bible. After all, there's nothing in this definition about happiness, spiritual significance, the need for constant refinement, the pursuit of long-lasting and loyalty, etc. The reason for these omissions, in my opinion, is that they were probably all developed by men. That's why I started searching the internet for definitions prepared by women. I found several. These have the missing components. Unfortunately, they are expressed in an unscientific way, e.g. in videos, thus requiring translation, for example, into the language of my philosophy of totalizm. But such translation is difficult and requires a lot of thought and time. However, I have already managed to translate into the language of totalizm one of the simplest such definitions of love, developed by a woman and presented on her video. But so-far I have not had opportunity to ask her for permission to link the reader to her video - thus I provide only my translation of the essence of her video, without giving link to her video. After my translation to the language of totalizm, the definition of true love between man and woman or husband and wife, contained in her video states: "Love is a constant harvest of all the fruits born from our courageous, responsible, and thoughtful decisions, actions, and efforts along the path of life leading to the goal such as long-lasting of happiness in married life" (in the language of Poland it states: "miłość jest to nieustające żniwo wszelkich owoców zrodzonych naszymi odważnymi, odpowiedzialnymi i przemyślanymi decyzjami, postępowaniami i wysiłkami na drodze życiowej wiodącej do celu jakim jest długowieczność szczęścia pożycia małżeńskiego"). I also found another her definition, which is even much more perfect, but unfortunately also much more difficult to translate into the language of totalizm. The love described in it deserves the name "The Queen of Loves". Perhaps I will manage to translate it into the language of totalizm some time after the English version of this study is published. I will also try at some stage to ask the author of the original formulation of these definitions on videos so I can link interested readers to her videos. (I know that everything that appears on the internet and is NOT copyrighted, can be linked freely, but in a matter as intimate and sensitive as love, human courtesy requires that I first ask the author for permission - which, being so busy creating Polish and English versions of this publication, I have not yet had time and energy to do.) Let us now move on to {B1} to {B4}, which discuss guidelines for achieving happiness and long-lasting in marriage between a man and a woman.
{B1} Achieving happiness and long-lasting in marriage by fulfilling God's requirements and commandments. The Bible is unequivocal and clear in stating that fulfilling God's requirements by both partners is absolutely essential for a marriage to be happy and long-lasting. Unfortunately, frequently either both members of a given marriage learn about God's requirements (discussed, among others, in publications of my totalizm) only after the marriage has already broken down, or only one partner (or even neither) fulfils these requirements, while the other secretly acts as if requirements do not exist - NOT knowing that, according to the promise (or warning) of the Bible, the truth absolutely always comes to the surface (see verses 10:26 in "Matthew" and/or 4:22 in "Mark"). Fortunately, there is now a lot of educational material available on the internet for those interested in learning about God's requirements for marriages. For those interested, I would recommend watching YouTube.com videos prepared in such spirit and disseminated by YouTube.com, e.g. on channels with addresses https://www.youtube.com/@ItsGodsPlan (note that the energetic "emptiness" in many wives, emphasized in videos from this channel, is explained by the philosophy of totalizm as the lack of the amount of "moral energy" required for happiness, described in {B2} below), https://www.youtube.com/@HowtoBeASubmissiveWife , https://www.youtube.com/@thehappywifeschool , https://www.youtube.com/@talkmarriagetome , https://www.youtube.com/@ashleyannlima , https://www.youtube.com/@riseupqueens , https://www.youtube.com/@UnlockedPotential , and many others. I should add here that, according to folk wisdom, the characteristics of marriage are consistent with the characteristics of pure porcelain vessels. Namely, "once a marriage is broken, it can NEVER be put back together in such a way that the break-up does NOT leave blemishes and problems that hinder its continued use". In turn my totalizm added to this wisdom the moral law called "The Law of Partnership Ladder" (described in item #6C from subsection I4.1.1 of volume 5 in my monograph [1/5] available for free via the web page "text_1_5.htm") - which states that: "in every case when we change our partners, our next partner is going to be much more moral from the previous one - if in our last partnership we were this side which is more moral than our previous partner, or our next partner is going to be less moral from our previous one - if in our last partnership we were less moral than our previous partner".

{B2} Achieving happiness and long-lasting of marriage through the use of intelligent "moral energy". This intelligent "moral energy" is still ignored by the monopoly of "official atheistic science" - in spite that publications of my totalizm inform about its existence starting from the times when during my professorship in tropical Borneo I managed to generate in myself an amount of it that caused in me the phenomenon of extremely powerful and long-lasting happiness, which I later called "earned nirvana" - see its descriptions on the web pages "nirvana.htm" or "smart_tvs.htm". (The power of happiness of this earned nirvana is comparable to the power of a sexual orgasm, it has NO side effects - actually it generates super-health, and it can last continually for any length of time when the earner of it keeps doing the so-called "moral work": in my case it lasted many months until the end of my Professorship in Borneo.) My research on this moral energy revealed that every significant amount of it generated always increases the feeling of happiness in the manner that I described in item #D3 of the abovementioned web page "nirvana.htm". However, the problem with generating it is that it must be done by fulfilling specific requirements described in the Bible and explained by the philosophy of totalizm. For example, it is mainly generated by physical so-called "moral work" performed with the intention of doing good to someone other than the person who does this work. This is why, for example, physical activities and work performed in a gym do NOT generate the amounts of this moral energy we need for a happy life. However, large amounts of it are generated, for example, by marital sexual intercourse in accordance with the requirements of the Bible. Some time after its discovery, I also came across information that the Chinese have been recognizing the action and generation of this "moral energy" for thousands of years, using other names for it, namely: "Chi" or "Qigong" (for information see https://www.google.com/search?q=chi+energy+China ) - which I described in more detail, e.g. in blog #377E and in #D1 to #D3 of the web page "totalizm2020_uk.htm". Unfortunately, in today's times of sitting office works and physical exercises performed only in gyms, most of people generate too little of this energy to be happy - see #D3 and #D2 on the above-mentioned web page "nirvana.htm". Also, in many married couples, over time, wives change sexual intercourse, which is also a significant source of moral energy, into a kind of weapon with which they force their husbands to obey wives commands. Therefore, in this article, I would admonish all married couples: "If you stop cultivating marital love, you can quickly end up in a state of mutual war and divorce". I would especially recommend watching the videos of a certain "Laurin Ponce" - I was personally very impressed by her expertise and knowledge. She teaches very effectively everything you need to know to continue the required vigour of marital life and maintain your wife's "moral energy" at the level required for maintaining happiness (although Mrs. Laurin Ponce herself probably did NOT have the opportunity to learn the totalizm studies hidden by the "powers of evil" and thus learn about the existence and critical role of "moral energy" which for human life is like "oxygen for human body"). Practically every video of hers is also highly educational, and its content perfectly matches the methods of people today - for example, see her 2:11-minute video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M7K2I7I5OsY . Of course, she is NOT the only person teaching the truth about marriage and the need to constantly rekindle its initial spark with the mutual effort of both spouses. Therefore, I advise those interested in this topic to first search YouTube for examples of these truths being discussed, and then go to the channels of their authors to find further videos on the same topic. {B3} Achieving happiness and long-lasting in marriage by utilizing your knowledge, wisdom, and acquired experience. Over time, each of us has the opportunity to acquire the required knowledge and wisdom about marital problems and their resolution. Therefore, if symptoms of any problems arise, we must quickly eliminate them with a joint effort of both spouses (notice here that acting of both of spouses in agreement and harmony is absolutely necessary). I know this will NOT be easy, as we will be hindered by the obstacles I described in {x1} to {x4} above. From my own experience, I know that most of these problems are caused by wives' stubbornness and their tendency to avoid honest conversations about the problems they face in the relationship with their husbands. The skyrocketing divorce rates today, the vast majority initiated by wives, reveal that the typical woman today would rather choose infidelity than an honest conversation with her husband. So again, even before problems surface, it's worth checking out educational videos, of which there are a growing number online. {B4} Achieving happiness and long-lasting of marital life by simultaneously applying two, or even all three, of the above mechanisms and principles. This is the approach I would most recommend. After all, by being independent of each other, each allows for simultaneous use with the others. Their combined effect will multiply the effectiveness of what we do.

       Each one of us also understands perfectly well, and the population of many countries on Earth experiences it repeatedly, that love and happiness in general, including marital love and happiness, cannot blossom, for example, in situations of war, destruction, famine, extreme poverty, the arrival of technically induced cataclysms caused by the "powers of evil", etc. Meanwhile, war or these induced cataclysms can only occur when we tolerate individuals among humanity who, using various methods, coerce, cheat, lie, or bribe of their fellow humans, that for the sake of ambitions or desires of these individuals, fellow humans undertake, for example, aggressive murder of other humans under the excuse of war or revolution, instead of solving their problems peacefully through negotiations and in spite of the fact that totalizm has already documented that in the final count, the "aggressor" always loses every war - see e.g. blog #387E. Isn't it high time for our civilization as a whole to stop loudly talking about peace and quietly planning to murder of neighbours with aggressive wars? After all, we have already around 2025th birthday of Jesus - although unfortunately, being busy with inventing ever new weapons and ways of killing each other, humanity still hasn't determined with certainty exactly which birthday of Jesus it is! How will we answer our children and grandchildren when, asked by them what we have done in our lives to help in humanity’s transfer into era of truth, peace, prosperity, and universal happiness, the only thing we can answer them is, for example, that we worked to create, produce, or distribute video games that teach aggression, that we actively participated in an aggressive war, argued for war, or supplied war machine, that we scientifically worked on inventing new ways to quickly and aggressively kill our religious neighbours, etc. My philosophy of totalizm has already identified many simple and effective solutions to problems that humanity has not yet been able to solve. So those ones who practice this philosophy of truth, peace, and continuous improvement of themselves and their surroundings are therefore also capable of inventing, developing, and implementing everything that necessary for truth to prevail on Earth, and for the resulting lasting peace, prosperity, mutual love, and cooperation, along with everything else that Jesus had in mind when He outlined His "adding" plan for humanity's future of stepping onto the narrow path to light and to continued human progress. All that is still needed, is for the vast majority of us to consciously make decision to choose this particular direction for humanity's future path, and then begin to effectively implement this decision - instead of merely discussing it out loud. And making this decision is urgent, because the "powers of evil" are waiting to exploit any accident, coincidence, mistake, or deliberate action by someone with oversized ambitions, to permanently erase all humanity, and perhaps even the entire Earth, from the map of the universe during mere minutes of flashes of nuclear explosions.

       To summarize the main message of this item #V3, if we ignore situations where what we intend to achieve is annihilated by the principles of action and mechanisms from the group {x1} to {x4} described above, then we should actually be able to achieve any goal we set for ourselves and for which we take wise decisions and actions. However, if our results are blocked by any of the above {x1} to {x4} - especially by unavoidable "karma", then let us recall and accept the content of a 1951 prayer by a certain Reinhold Niebuhr, so that our forgiving stops on us the further spreading of that "karma". Tellingly for today's situation of humanity, this prayer was adopted by the organization "Alcoholics Anonymous". Its words can be searched online, for example, by using the command https://www.google.com/search?q=The+Serenity+Prayer+of+Alcoholics+Anonymous . Here is this wonderfully formulated request by Reinhold Niebuhr for God's support of our decision to take active action to achieve any goal that is important to us, expressed in the beautiful, wise and effective words of his prayer - I quote: "God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to distinguish one from the other". I have already described and quoted this prayer in item #W1 of the web page "humanity.htm" - which also contains the study from#V3 of this post #389E, and also quoted it in post #333E to the blogs of totalizm. If the power of this prayer can convince hardened alcoholics to enter the narrow path of Jesus, it should also be able to produce the same effect for all of us - including politicians, and also those who, instead of solving their problems through peaceful communication and negotiations, choose to use weapons for e.g. NOT the permitted and still too often necessary self-defence against aggression, but precisely for the aggression punished by God, or just to murder, enslave, or insult own religious neighbours, and often even their closest ones who, by God's will, should be loved and respected.
