Summary of item #F1 from blog #395E and from the website "love.htm" - the content of both of which is almost identical. In item #F1 below, I, Dr. Eng. Jan Pająk - i.e. the author of the web page "love.htm" and blog #395E, use my knowledge of the general laws that govern the fate of human-like nations and civilizations, discovered only recently by my philosophy called "Totalizm", as well as use my knowledge of the effects of operation of these laws, in order to indicate in an engineering manner "how" the current situation of these nations and the entire humanity can be improved. It is therefore in the vital interest of all people to change this current situation of a "subtractive" living in a "vestibule of hell" as quickly as possible to a future "adding" situation of the rule of truth, peace, mutual love, universal prosperity, justice, respect, and service for God instead of opposition to God. However, the requirement for success in this collective transformation of humanity's situation from a current "subtractive" one to a future "adding" one is: that (a) this process of change must also be undertaken by groups of courageous individuals; that (b) by definition, this process cannot repeat the previous proverbial "forcing people to be happy"; and that (c) the rest of society must support the actions of this courageous group and understand that no improvement in the situation will come without effort, without making mistakes and quickly correcting them, nor without appearances of various critical individuals with "subtracting" natures trying to convince the rest of people to give up before achieving the goals set for these courageous actions. Therefore, the proposed here approach to improving democracy is also a kind of test of whether the maturity of nations that have already descended into life in the "vestibule of hell" has reached the level of courageous decisions and actions. After all, the lack of this maturity means that through inaction, people continue to choose this even deeper descent until it is likely too late for rescue. And then it will NOT help anyone even the understanding that getting out of the fall is only possible when everyone does it with their own hands, when they all approve the goals they have set for themselves, and when they trust the knowledge already confirmed as the so-called "absolute truth".

If about the entire planet Earth, or the countries of New Zealand, Poland, and any others - one of which is, for example, the reader's home country, you dream of as "kinds of paradise on Earth" (or heaven on Earth), and NOT kinds of "vestibule of hell" into the role of which they have become until today - then the descriptions below show you what actions, starting immediately with God's help, you should take if you have the required courage and moral maturity, because nowadays people with an "adding" philosophy of life must act in accordance with the old Polish proverb, i.e.: "if someone want something to be done properly, then they must do it by themselves"

Motto: 'Never use force to make anyone happy'. (Explanation of this motto. This is an old Polish proverb (in Polish stating 'Nigdy nikogo NIE uszczęśliwiaj na siłę'), which I heard very often in my youth - but only in Poland. Its meaning contains one of those expressions that are difficult to translate and understand by nations other than inhabitants of Poland. I.e. expressions of the type that I described in my blog #394E and in item #E1 of the web page "love.htm". In fact, it means that individual people must NOT be forced to do anything, especially anything that will harm them, because such forcing breaks their "free will" - which God gave to each person. In turn, the role of "free will" in our lives is indescribably large - as my totalizm explains it, among others, on the web page "will.htm" and in a number of other totaliztic publications. However, after emigrating from Poland, I have NOT encountered anywhere a similar proverb in common use. (If the reader knows any with a similar meaning, then I would be grateful for sharing information about it with me.) But I know that the intention of this old Polish proverb was precisely reflected in the formal right to declare oneself as so-called "conscientious objectors" - see https://www.google.com/search?q=conscientious+objector . Until recently, this right in some countries exempted the more religious among their individual citizens from the obligation to serve in the army and participate in wars. England was a world-famous country that respected this right for its citizens during World War II. Links to descriptions of this right are provided on my web page called "skorowidz.htm". In communist Poland, however, almost no one knew about this right. I learned about it only after emigrating to New Zealand. Unfortunately, to this day, most countries in the world have suspended its application. The old Polish proverb discussed here: "Never use force to make anyone happy" I am reminded in this motto, because respecting the principle contained in it and in the "free will" given to us by God limits what we do only to situations where the effects of our personal actions, for example, will influence the lives of only those who desire these effects and they support their implementation - except in cases where this action is provided with some clause or the possibility of its being waived for those individuals who DO NOT agree with it. This is why the final improvement to democracy proposed in this publication is only a proposal, which I believe should NOT be implemented without prior approval by the majority of the nation in some kind of general plebiscite, such as the plebiscite conducted in New Zealand for the "anti-smacking" law described in item #B5.1 of my web page "will.htm" - unfortunately, the implementation of the results of which the government refused, and subsequently stopped organizing further plebiscites. Meanwhile, for the results of someone' actions, the effects of which will affect the collective of people, the moral principle that "the will of the majority has superior power over the will of the individual" begins to be valid. Fortunately, in the current era of the internet and the possibility of easily consulting the entire nation on every important decision experienced by all citizens, this "will of the majority" can now be quickly verified via online Consulting proposed implementations with the people who will be affected by them, while the implementation process can be supplemented with some clause or the possibility of its being waived for those individuals who oppose them. Such consultation, combined with a provision for waiving implementations, will also eliminate the very painful situations on Earth that most of us humans already find ourselves in.)

       I will begin this item #F1 by revealing my competence in the subject matter discussed here. Namely, I am Dr Eng. Jan Pająk - the creator of the most moral and still the only modern "adding" philosophy on Earth created by man. I have named it "Totalizm". This is because it has the power to "adding" improvement of everything that exists, and to explain to all interested parties how they can "adding" align their own lives. It also complements the Bible - with the help of which God teaches us precisely "adding" behaviours and thinking. Unfortunately, this situation of the only "adding" philosophy on Earth created by man has directed the attacks of the so-called "powers of evil" against my totalizm. The reason is that out of two opposite procedures existing in the universe, i.e. "addition" and "subtraction", only "addition" causes everything that gives rise to progress and advances intelligent beings - as I described this in more detail in item #C1 from blog #376E and the web page "totalizm2020_uk.htm". Meanwhile, the "powers of evil" live from, and for, stopping progress. I developed the principles of this philosophy with engineering "know-how" procedures. However, despite its being fought by these so-called "powers of evil", the internet still contains some information about it - e.g. see https://www.google.com/search?q=totalizm+dr+eng+jan+pajak . However, to find my "Totalizm", its name must be written in Polish with the letter "z", NOT with the letter "s". This is because only after the creation of my totalizm, another "Totalism" written with the letter "s" was introduced into use by the "powers of evil" that fought it and secretly sabotaged all progress. This was easy for them, because they have "time vehicles" giving them the ability to travel through time, and they also maintain so-called "time couriers" who constantly travel to the future and back, reporting "who" and "what" existing in present times threatens their future interests on Earth. Such an introduction of a very similarly named philosophy of "totalism", which causes confusion about my "totalizm", introduced a deliberate misleading of my totalizm with the "totalitarianism" which is exactly opposite to it, and to which these "powers of evil" purposely started to disseminate another name "totalism" but correctly spelled through "s". Descriptions of the "totalism" of "powers of evil" can be found on the Internet e.g. by following the commands https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=totalism and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=totalitarianism . This their deliberate, secretive and stubborn sabotage is explained in more detail in item #A5 from my web page named "totalizm_pl.htm". Learning about it illustrates how devious although cleaver and real are the secretive sabotages of "evil forces". It is because of this sabotage that my totalizm still remains almost unknown - although it is described in numerous publications officially published in Polish and English since 1985 - including briefly, amongst others, on my web pages under the names "totalizm.htm" and "totalizm2020_uk.htm".

       There are also reasons why I should begin this my report #395E with a confession of something I've been dreaming about for many years. And so, my long-standing dream is that, through a joint effort, we will transform our planet Earth, which is proverbially "flowing with milk and honey", and also transform most of the states and nations on it, into a "kind of paradise on Earth". We could also call this paradise "heaven on Earth". I especially dream that into such a "heaven on Earth" will be transformed countries and nations proverbially "flowing with milk and honey", of which I have the honour of being a citizen, i.e.: New Zealand - where I developed Totalizm, where I currently live, and where I learned the workings of one of the forms of democracy most accessible for the average person; and Poland - where I was born, received an excellent education, gained scientific, engineering, and computer experience, and acquired the habits of precision and a creative approach to everything. If this is also possible, then I would like as well that the planets and countries of our cosmic relatives' confederation, governed from the Orion planets (who currently consider us potential enemies only fit for secret occupation, plunder and destruction), to follow our example and also refine their subtractive philosophies and behaviours to a level that would prevent them from blowing themselves up in the near future.

       I mention my dream above because the opportunity to implement it is now approaching. The engineering "how", "why", and "what benefits for the people of New Zealand" this dream would bring, are detailed below in items numbered (1) to (7) and (10) to (17), to facilitate further referencing during reading. Here are those items.

       (1) The 2026 New Zealand Parliamentary Elections. In New Zealand, these elections will take place on Saturday, November 7, 2026, means very soon. In these elections, my long-prepared and widely reported political "party of totalizm" (still NOT officially registered due to lack of funds) could also put its own candidates on the ballot - to see if the majority of voters would accept its election program and party policy, which mainly include improvements to NZ democracy. I believe and expect that if its residents took the trouble to learn about the advantages of these democracy improvements proposed by the "party of totalizm", then the party would achieve the biblically promised success in the elections. I would add that this success would already have been achieved if at least 10 of its candidates were elected to the New Zealand Parliament. This smallest possible number of "ten" (in this first and only in the world case - "adding candidates put forward by the "adding" party of totalizm), was encoded into the Bible. The Bible indicated it by describing God's promise that He will save from destruction the population groups similarly depraved as today's inhabitants of the Earth and hence threatened with extinction, if among them there will be at least 10 people who serve God's intentions and hence in the Bible are called "righteous". (My Totalizm calls them persons with an "adding" philosophy of life.) The decoding from the Bible of this very wisely and far-sightedly encoded promise of God, I justified and explained in more detail in the third paragraph of sub-item {7#E1} from the blog of totalizm number #394E and from item #E1 of my web page named "love.htm". Notice here that addresses of blogs of totalizm are provided, among others, in item #Z5 of the above-mentioned web page "love.htm", and also in the final parts of many other web of pages totalizm.

       (2) I myself do NOT intend to put forward my candidacy for the 2026 NZ elections. One of the reasons is that this proves, among other things, that I am NOT motivated by my own gains or access to power, but solely by the pure good of my fellow men. Moreover, I had already managed to gain the electoral experience required to develop my party of totalizm when, running my own election campaign on a "zero dollar budget", I put forward my candidacy in the 2014 New Zealand parliamentary elections. I described honestly and precisely my report from that election as a so-called "independent" on my web page "pajak_for_mp_2014.htm"). I determined then, among other things, that even the effective coordination of the course of the election campaign requires a whole day of action, reflection and reaction. Therefore, although in the elections described here I will NOT be putting forward my own candidacy even when having previously gathered the required experience and observations, I still intend to significantly help the candidates of the party of totalizm by coordinating the election campaign of other candidates of this party, and by possibly later coordinating and philosophically developing the activities of those of the candidates of this party who will get into the parliament of their country. In total, therefore, if our entire team includes only at least those 10 candidates who declare their readiness in accordance with item {3#F1} below, there will still be 12 of us in total. That is, two of us who are NOT candidates can be called "coordinators" and "philosophical inspirers", that is, me, and someone else. I would like to ask this other one to participate in our team only if the party of totalizm includes as its candidacy at least 10 candidates ready to stand in the elections. Hence, the candidates participating in the campaign will probably experience this participation only at a later date, i.e., after the election campaign itself has been initiated, and then if they are elected to parliament - i.e., during their parliamentary activities.

       (3) Saving humanity (and NZ) from destruction. I hope that you, the reader, are either a practitioner of totalizm, or a person who sees the dangers of the direction in which the situation in your country and on Earth is heading. After all, this direction threatens the destruction of all humanity already in the 2030s. After all, this destruction of humanity is forecasted by my scientific calculations, which I described on the web page named "2030_uk.htm". My friend and I also illustrated them in the about half-hour video in Polish entitled "Zagłada ludzkości 2030" which title means "The Extermination of Humanity 2030" from the address https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o06UvHgahr8 . It is in the final part of the above video, available on YT since 2018/5/6, that my forecast is illustrated that the implementation of forced euthanasia by those in power will soon begin on Earth. The actual existence of this forced euthanasia is already confirmed at the time of writing this article by the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MAAqGFnhumI , already linked above in the Summary of item #F1. Meanwhile, as so far, my numerous enemies and critics have NOT managed to present any documented facts that would scientifically invalidate or even just undermine the truths and statements resulting from totalizm and, among others, published here - including the truth that all of humanity is quickly heading towards a self-inflicted destruction. Not to mention that my truths and statements are confirmed by the most important "3 witnesses", while none of the allegations of my enemies are usually confirmed by any witness, hence instead of representing the "absolute truth", they are merely proverbially "made up" speculations. As an example, consider the fact that I, working alone and without any financing, with my engineering procedure "know-how" I have already scientifically developed numerous truths of totalizm's statements and then published them in several of my publications. Almost every one of these truths has either already been confirmed as "absolute truth". or so far no one has been able to scientifically undermine it by proving that its confirmation as "absolute truth" in the future is NOT possible. After all, it is in the present year of 2026 that, for example, the truth hidden from humanity for about 80 years was finally revealed. I discovered it back in 1980 and have since then courageously revealed it in my numerous publications. Namely, the truth that humanity and planet Earth have been secretly occupied, exploited, and tormented since the dawn of time by a vast cosmic confederation of our relatives from the Orion planets, secretly arriving to Earth in UFO starships. In turn, for example, another truth that I also proved, namely that "God certainly exists", has also not yet been scientifically undermined by any of my enemies or opponents, nor scientifically demonstrated that this truth can never be confirmed as "absolute truth". Meanwhile, I scientifically proved the truth about the existence of God back in 2007 using the method of mathematical logic, and since then I have been revealing it in a number of my publications. For example, I described it extensively (among others) in items #G2 and #G3 from my web page named "god_proof.htm" and in blogs of totalizm numbered #135E and #228E. Intriguingly, this truth is confirmed by the genetics of each person, just as this long-hidden discovery is revealed, for example, in the 2:47-minute video from the address https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qcO_S9sRA2U . So since no one managed to even undermine other truths that I developed and published, and hence they remain in force to this day and are proving true, there is also a very high probability that what I am describing here is also an indisputable truth. Namely, the truth is that if we do NOT undertake the improvement of democracy to save humanity, then what I warned about above will also come true: that humanity is heading straight towards self-destruction. This bitter truth underlies my efforts to improve at least 10 democracies on Earth before 2030, including, I hope, the democracies of New Zealand and Poland, which are close to my heart. I deduce that achieving these improvements is the only possible way to protect all of humanity and our planet Earth from self-destruction. And this self-destruction, according to my calculations, is expected to come after 2030. I warn about it in almost every publication. The improvement of these required at least 10 democracies at this stage can only be achieved by transforming them from the "subtractive" practice of morally bankrupt "parasitism" described on the web page "parasitism.htm", to the "adding" philosophy so far described only by the Bible and my philosophy called "Totalizm".

       (4) Developing engineering "know-how" procedures for the goals that candidates of the party of totalizm running in the 2026 NZ elections are to declare and demonstrate its merit in their election program during their election campaign. I have specified these goals in item {1#F1} just after (7) below. The most important of these goals is the improvement of democracy. If, after joining parliament, representatives of the party of totalizm had an additional number of votes and the required processing power, then they should also pursue additional goals, for example, redirecting the NZ army to defending their country against aggression, and NOT, as has been the case so far, to engaging in aggression on the territory of any other country or nation. I provide justifications for the two most important of these additional goals in (5) and (6) below. However, undertaking them already in the first term after winning the election is NOT a "pre-election promise" but merely a possibility dependent on the election result.

       (5) Demonstrating that the most important additional goal of the candidates from the totalizm party elected to the New Zealand Parliament should be the elimination of the NZ tax known as "GST" (i.e., "Goods and Services Tax"), which currently stands at 15%. After all, for most goods and services, it at least doubles, and sometimes increases to as much as 10 times their actual value, the prices paid by New Zealanders. Its elimination would therefore immediately increase the prosperity of New Zealanders several-fold, and ultimately the value of the NZ dollar.
       Let us illustrate here how the existence of the GST (in other countries it's called, for example, VAT) rapidly increases the prices of everything. After all, in price of each good and service this tax accumulates the sum of all tax payments added to this good and service. To illustrate how quickly this accumulation increases prices, I will use the example of "bread" - which for Christians represents the Body of God. And so [1] a farmer sows and harvests grain for this bread. However, instead of demanding one dollar ($1) for every dollar worth of grain sold, the farmer is forced to demand $1c15 - these 15 cents is to cover the GST he must pay because he sells his grain - what the reader can verify by using an online GST calculator, e.g., from the web page https://kiwitax.co.nz/tax-calculator/gst-calculator/. However, since the farmer does NOT store, export, or sell his grain, he sells his entire crop to [2] a wholesaler. However, the wholesaler can NO longer buy $1 worth of grain from the farmer for $1, because the farmer had to pay the GST thus he was forced to sell $1 worth of grain for at least $1c15. However, since the wholesaler also must pay GST, he too cannot sell $1 worth of grain to, for example, [3] a miller at the price he bought it for, and must raise the price to at least $1c32. So in turn a miller, who buys $1 worth of grain from a wholesaler, is forced to pay for this quantity of grain at least $1c32. However, after grinding it into flour, the miller (to cover his costs and GST tax) this amount of flour obtained from the $1 worth of grain, must value at least at $1c52 - after all he also must pay GST. Flour will be bought from a miller by [4] a baker who, after baking bread from grain worth #1, is forced to sell the quantity of bread baked from $1 of grain for at least $1c75. In turn, [5] a supermarket or eatery which buys the quantity of bread baked from the baker from grain worth $1, in order to be able to pay its GST, is forced to sell this quantity of bread, already converted, for example, into sandwiches, for at least $2c01. Thus, GST causes that because of the wandering through the chain of only [5] specialists who have to transform grain worth $1 into sandwiches already costing at least $2c1, it actually, theoretically speaking, doubles the price paid by the end buyer. If the number of these specialists increases to [10], which is normal for almost every product today, then the end buyer would have to pay at least four times the value of the product. However, after passing through the hands of [17] specialists, the end buyer would pay at least ten times the value of the product. But It is also important to remember that the above-described chain does NOT include services and procedures such as transporting materials between any two of these specialists, the need for them to purchase the required equipment and buildings, employ workers, pay import duties from abroad, etc. As a result, the GST tax is crippling the economy of the country that introduced it, and is reducing a large portion of its citizens to poverty.

       (6) Demonstrating that another very important action would be to eliminate the "middle man". This would lower the prices of practically everything in NZ almost to the level prevailing during Sir Robert Muldoon's term in office - described, among others, in item #B1 of my autobiographical web page named "pajak_jan.htm". The late Sir Robert Muldoon was the best leader of the country I have ever had the honour of living under his reign. During his reign, I remember, for example, how after arriving from the then-starved communist Poland, I liked to buy a whole quarter of a sheep from the butcher - because (as I still remember perfectly) it cost $NZ 20 back then. I could then gorge myself on it for a whole week. Today, $NZ 20 is barely enough to buy one kilogram of meat. I also remember how happy NZ residents were back then. There was full employment back then, so everyone had a job and earned a good living. In the evenings, the sidewalks of NZ cities were full of tables, people, and musicians. Everyone ate, sang, and danced. Today, the streets are completely empty in the evenings. As my totalizm research has deduced, the greatest difference between the happiness of Sir Muldoon's time and the misery of today's New Zealand economy was caused by the GST described above and the powerful NZ "middlemen".
       Let's explain the economic collapse caused by these "middlemen". I will use electricity as an example. And so, in Sir Muldoon's time, there was a government institution that ran everything related to electricity. Its paid employees built and maintained new hydroelectric power plants, built and maintained electricity transmission lines, read electricity meters, and collected electricity fees from residents and institutions. However, after this wise leader was removed from power, subsequent governments divided these comprehensive (one might also call them "totaliztic") operations into several separate "middlemen" (institutions). Thus, electricity bills show that New Zealanders now pay for the same electricity to three separate institutions. One merely generates electricity, another distributes it across the country via poles and transmission lines, and the third collects electricity fees from residents. In total, each of them pays the GST tax described in (5) above, which increases their prices. Furthermore, each of them has highly paid CEOs, directors, administrators, officials, and even a few workers, and also needs to pay for buildings or premises for their offices, advertising, lawyers, etc. It is no wonder that ordinary New Zealanders can almost no longer afford to use electricity for things like heating their homes this winter. There's currently much clamour about this, but no solution to fix the situation. If elected to parliament, the party of totalizm would easily solve this problem by eliminating the "middlemen" - as informed in item {b2#F1B} below. Electricity costs would then return to their levels from Sir Muldoon's time. The situation of tram conductors in communist Poland also provides much food for thought in this regard. When I lived in Poland, someone realistically proposed saving on public transport costs by making riding on Wrocław's trams completely free. Selling tram tickets meant that the city authorities had to subsidize the cost of selling them. Tickets were sold in the trams by specially employed and paid individuals who sat at the door, tore individual paper tickets from the entire pack, punched holes with the date and time, and then collected the fare from passengers boarding. However, to avoid forcing Wrocław residents to use dangerous bicycles or walk, the prices of these tickets had to be low. As a result, the fares for these tickets were not even enough to cover the wages of the conductors. However, contrary to the logic of free trams, the then Polish government did not agree to the Wrocław city authorities' cost-saving proposal. They believed that maintaining full employment was more important than the economy. In my opinion, the same applies to "middlemen" in New Zealand. However, in New Zealand, the goal is likely to maintain employment for a specific category of people.

       (7) An effective procedure for the "party of totalizm" to propose its candidates for the NZ parliamentary elections 2026, which could also be used by candidates from countries other than the New Zealand. To implement this procedure, in a given country is required at least 10 people who meet the demanding requirements for this role of improving their democracy – as explained in {3#F1} below. So let's learn about the individual steps and activities that make up this procedure. (Note, one of the methods of increasing your chances of winning is to keep your competitors unaware of your moves. Hence, if you decide to implement the procedure outlined below, then do NOT reveal your intentions or actions to unauthorized persons until the start signal described in {7#F1} below.) In the next seven (7) sub-items of this #F1 numbered from {1#F1} to {7#F1}, I will describe, using the engineering "know-how" procedure, only seven steps, the result of subsequent implementation of which, in my opinion, will be the fielding of the required number of candidates of the International Party of Totalizm in the upcoming elections, for the quickly approaching last elections capable of preventing the self-destruction of humanity, and perhaps the destruction of planet Earth. Note that: the elections described here are NOT associated with the obligation to pay any donation to the party of totalizm or the philosophy of totalizm. Any fees required by national law of NZ for registering the Party of Totalizm will be covered by the party only after the election, and only from the funds it receives if its candidates are elected to parliament. Until the end of 2026 election, the party will remain "unregistered". This "unregistered" approach is legal in New Zealand and has a clause built into its electoral system, explained by specific rules described in the "Electoral Act 1993" - for details, see https://www.legislation.govt.nz/act/public/1993/87/en/latest/ . The history of the New Zealand Parliament also has at least one precedent for this principle of approach to elections - a relatively new and famous one, one of which I still remember. This precedent was a party called "Te Pāti Māori" (i.e., "The Māori Party"), founded in 2004 by Tariana Turia. By the same token, the Party of Totalizm, with only a "zero-dollar budget""Nirvana System" described on the web page named "nirvana.htm". Furthermore, I myself, i.e. Dr. Eng. Jan Pająk, in 2014 ran as a candidate in the elections to the New Zealand Parliament as the so-called "independent", and I effectively completed my entire participation in that election on the principles of the "zero dollar campaign" for that election - which I described in more detail, among others, in the introduction to Part #A and in further items (e.g. #C2) from my web page named "pajak_for_mp_2014.htm", as well as in my blogs #243E and #243. Mandatory in those 2014 elections I paid only from my own pocket the $NZ 300 required by New Zealand law to register my participation in those elections as an "independent" candidate - but this kind of personal fee, if required by the law of a given country, does NOT constitute a requirement to pay anything to the party of totalizm or the philosophy of totalizm. Here are these 7 items that require fulfilment in order to take part in the NZ elections of 2026 as a candidate of the party of totalizm.

       {1#F1} Familiarizing oneself with the improvements to democracy that the party of totalizm will seek to introduce in its first parliamentary term if its candidates are elected to parliament. Each candidate of this party should know about each of these improvements, what they involve, how they will be implemented, and most importantly, "why" they will be implemented, and what benefits the nation will gain from their implementation. One of the goals of the meeting and conversation with the coordinator (i.e., myself, Dr. Eng. Jan Pająk) described in {5#F1} below should be, among other things, to determine whether each candidate of this party is aware of the groundbreaking significance of these improvements for the future of the country and all of humanity, and whether they know the engineering "know-how" required for their implementation. These improvements will include, among other things, the following steps that will be taken:
{a1#F1} The initiation of these improvements will begin as soon as possible by preparing a nationwide plebiscite. Through this plebiscite the nation will decide whether it wants "adding" improvements to democracy to be introduced in its country. The Party of Totalizm, through its parliamentary candidates, will work out the details of these improvements and implement them. These improvements will encompass everything that the candidates of both the Party of Totalizm and other parties will jointly implement in the next term. Before this plebiscite, the Party of Totalizm has the obligation to fully and honestly inform the nation about the historically groundbreaking significance of these "adding" improvements, as well as about the possible problems and surprises that can typically arise when a prototype of something completely new is implemented.
{b1#F1} If the nation accepts the implementation of democratic improvements based on the plebiscite results, the elected members of parliament of the party of totalizm will prepare everything necessary to ensure that the next term of government is implemented according to the improved principles described in totalizm publications. This means preparing the required software, reforming government offices, training future personnel to support the work of several competing governments, developing the technical details of the process of electing several new governments, and at the end of their term, conducting the election of several new governments that will assume responsibility for solving the country's most important problems from the beginning of the next term. Etc., etc.
{c1#F1} Shifting the army, defence, and country's stance to exclusively effective defence against all aggressions and to refusal of participation in any aggressions. For example, in the case of New Zealand, this shift should include the production of its own weapons and ammunition, because almost every aggression begins with cutting off the supply of external materials needed for the attacked party's defence. This shift will significantly shorten the time necessary for the country to defend itself against potential aggression. Its motivation stems from the philosophy of totalizm belief that, by God's will, every confrontation is always lost by the aggressor. However, the duration of aggression and the severity of the suffering of the attacked depend on the attacked party's preparedness for the possibility of such aggression.

       {2#F1A} The further participation of this party in a seven-person second-term government designed by the party of totalizm in its first term, aimed at improving the operation of NZ democracy. This participation will only occur if the party of totalizm manages to implement these improvements in its first term.
Alternatively, e.g. if the result of the nationwide plebiscite is NO, then:
{2#F1B} continuation of minor improvements by the party of totalizm in its second and subsequent parliamentary terms. For example, in the second term, both during participation in the seven-person government with {2#F1A} and the continuation of minor improvements within {2#F1B} could include, among others (if, for example, due to a lack of processing capacity or the number of MPs, these improvements prove impossible to implement in the first term):
{a2#F1B} Complete elimination of the tax in NZ called GST and in other countries called VAT. This tax significantly inflates the prices of all goods and services and reduces the efficiency of the economy – as illustrated in item (5) above. Therefore, it should be eliminated as quickly as possible. Its elimination will significantly increase the nation's prosperity and the efficiency of the economy.
{b2#F1B} Eliminating "intermediaries" who raise the prices of everything – as explained in item (6) above.
{c2#F1B} Preparing an experimentally developed "know-how" procedure for individuals to earn the "happiness of earned nirvana" through their "moral work" – described, among others, on the web page "nirvana_pl.htm".
{d2#F1B} Testing the effectiveness of this procedure for achieving nirvana on a sample of the country's population, combined with its refinement and trial implementation for a portion of the community of their trial life in a system with characteristics similar to the "Nirvana System".
{e2#F1B} Implementing the "education" of so-called AGI (i.e., Generative Artificial Intelligence). This AGI is intended to take over all future production of goods and food for the country's population. The country's population will receive free materials, facilities, food, housing, etc. - instead of the currently planned distribution of only money. This is to cause that then population will motivate itself to engage freely and voluntarily in creatively advancing our entire civilization in all possible fields. The reason is that experiencing the "happiness of earned nirvana" gives to people the power and motivation to creatively advance their civilization and to love their neighbours. The nirvana I earned during my professorship in Borneo continues to motivate me to do so throughout the rest of my life. In turn the free receipt of everything people need for life and creative activity will also eliminate the need to solve numerous problems (which I will describe in another publication) resulting from an alternative to my political "Nirvana System" proposal for a "subtracting" solution to sustain people in the rapidly approaching times when automation and AI will perform all non-creative work for them. This "subtractive" solution to the lack of physical jobs, which causes numerous problems, involves receiving what today's "subtractive" politicians call an "Universal Basic Income" (UBI) - see its descriptions at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gwarantowany+dochód+podstawowy . Unfortunately, receiving UBI money without doing any work will be highly demoralizing for people - as we already know it from the experience of the so-called "dole" (i.e., unemployment benefits). E.g. it is to will rapidly devalue money, escalate addictions, drunkenness, suicides, and various diseases, and cause many further problems, which I will describe in more detail in another publication and which from the opposite to mine point of view in the best known so-far to me works on this matter addressed in her newest publication ME Eng. Joanna Sędzikowska already linked in my previous blogs #394E and #391E. After all, for am important reason, the Bible calls the love of money "the root of all evil" in verse 6:10 of the "First Letter to Timothy".
In the third and subsequent terms, the improvements intended by the party of totalizm will include, among others:
{A2#F1} Widespread deployment of automation and AGI (i.e., a version of AI - artificial intelligence) for the production of goods and food. This will quickly eliminate the need to employ humans for this production.
{B2#F1} Full democratic implementation of the political "Nirvana System".

       {3#F1} Checking whether a candidate for the party of totalizm meets the most essential requirements to be able to represent in the parliament of their country the "adding" principles and ideas of the philosophy called Totalizm (spelled with a "z"), and hence the party of totalizm. In order to perform this check, it is worth considering whether your own conscience gives you the answer: YES, I meet the requirements given below. Note that practically all of these requirements should be met by the candidate of the party of totalizm - otherwise, he or she would NOT be able to implement or represent the principles and ideas of totalizm. Note also that other political parties have almost no requirements of this kind - this is why their politicians have already turned the Earth and NZ, proverbially "flowing with milk and honey", into the now clearly visible proverbial "vestibule of hell". Here are these requirements:
{a3#F1} Does your conscience tell you that you have faith in God deep enough to serve God and your neighbours through your active actions? It's also worth remembering that any form of open service to God and neighbours typically brings persecution to the properly serving person by the so-called "powers of evil". Note here that by the term "God", totalizm understands the "added" God of any religion - except that you should sincerely believe in Him, as should the majority of the population you would represent if elected to parliament.
{b3#F1} Does the law of your country entitle you to run as a candidate in your country's parliamentary elections? After all, in some countries, various restrictions may be imposed - for example, that you must be born in a given country. {c3#F1} Do you have enough time, resources, and opportunities to implement your "zero-dollar budget" election campaign—as described here and in the links provided here?

{d3#F1} This requirement is very important: ask yourself if you honestly have enough courage to openly speak out in front of others and actually undertake the actions described here, which will likely bring upon you the cunning persecution of the so-called "forces of evil". I have experienced such persecution throughout my entire life and I know that it is real and sometimes very painful. For example, while writing this report #395E, the "forces of evil" destroyed a nearly new computer together with software of its optical mouse, and also damaged the software in an older computer that I was forced to use instead of the nearly newest one. Fortunately, with the right spiritual attitude, all these persecutions only harden our character, make us more accomplished people, and return the "karma" to our persecutors for all the evil they have done to us – as described in more detail in videos from the emerging global movement of the so-called "chosen ones" (in Polish "wybrani") – search for them, for example, using the command https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=chosen+one .
{e3#F1} Do you feel sufficiently confident in the need to implement the improvements discussed here, and also disciplined? After all, are embarrassing "election promises" made by some other politicians, whom they do NOT intend to keep after winning the election. This NOT keeping promises is one among reasons "why" the improvements which the party of totalizm intends to introduce is that to get to parliament the candidate do NOT suffice just to verbally win the "election promises" which previously were NOT kept, but the candidate also must later DO NOT fail in the promised removal in real life of major real "country problems". Confidence and discipline mean also that those who demonstrate them will NOT be dissuaded by the arguments of any of the numerous opponents of totalizm party or opponents of totalizm ideas for improving democracy from implementing the improvements described in the sources I provide in {4#F1} below. Maintaining party discipline will also be absolutely essential for active participation in the professional implementation of all plans already prepared by the party of totalizm, or which may emerge during subsequent parliamentary terms.
{f3#F1} Do you have your own computer or mobile phone with internet access? Most communication from the coordinator (i.e., from me: Dr. Eng. Jan Pająk) - especially during the election campaign, will take place via email or via the so-called "WhatsApp" on your mobile phone. Furthermore, you will sometimes be directed to more detailed information available at the web page of address provided.

       {4#F1} Familiarizing yourself with all the improvements that the party of totalizm intends to introduce to the democracies of at least 10 countries on Earth, together with justifications "why" these improvements are extremely important and can save humanity from self-destruction. It is worth starting this familiarization with a thorough reading of this report #395E, then reading the content of the links provided in it - especially to items {7#E1} from blog #394E, {7#D1} from blog #393E and {7#C1} from blog #392E, or with the same items from the web page named "love.htm". Furthermore, I recommend learning the content of post #376E to blogs of totalizm or items #C1 to #C5 from the web page named "totalizm2020_uk.htm" - which describe the entire preliminary version of the improvement of governing democracies proposed by party of totalizm. After learning all of the above, I recommend also learning the entire description of the party of totalizm from the web page "2026totalizmparty.htm". I would also like to remind you that the justification "why" in order to receive support from God, the improvements described here must be implemented by at least 10 members of parliament or 10 countries, I explained in more detail in the third paragraph of sub-item {7#E1} from the blog of totalizm number #394E and from item #E1 of my web page named "love.htm".

       {5#F1} Informing me by email that you are fulfilling all the requirements specified in item {3#F1} above. Because of the existence and operation of the so-called "sabotage loop" (which I described in blog #359E and in #J3 to #J3a of the web page "faq.htm", and which the "forces of evil" often use - e.g. just while writing this report #395 they used this "sabotage loop" to damage two of my computers and an optical mouse), send your email to all my email addresses (or at least to totalizm@gmail.com and pajana@gmail.com) - which I provided in item #L3 of my autobiographical web page "pajak_jan_uk.htm". In your email you should clearly write that you are fulfilling all the requirements specified in item {3#F1} above. Additionally, please provide your "WhatsApp" number (if you have one on your phone) or your phone number, and specify which days after submitting your application would be best for you to meet with me for a personal conversation, as well as which periods and hours of your next meeting would be most inconvenient for you to meet and/or talk (everyone has times when, for example, they're very busy or travelling). As coordinator, I intend to personally meet and/or talk with everyone registering to run in the New Zealand elections on behalf of the party of totalizm. Through this conversation, I hope to gauge your dedication and level of understanding of the concept of totalizm, and to ensure that you fully understand the fundamentals of everything a representative of the party of totalizm will fight to implement in their parliamentary future.

       {6#F1} Preparing yourself and everything you'll need to launch your election campaign and participate in the elections. After receiving the signal to start, begin running the election campaign itself, maintaining a two-way flow of information about its progress with the campaign coordinator by phone or computer. However, this campaign should NOT begin until the coordinator (i.e. me: Dr. Eng. Jan Pająk) signals its commencement – unless someone is also considering the possibility that if the party of totalizm decides to forgo fielding its candidates in the 2026 elections (e.g., due to a lack of the 10 candidates required by the Bible), you will still participate in these elections, for example, on an "independent" basis (registering as such in 2014 required a payment of #NZ300 – which was the only amount I paid out of my own pocket in the elections I described on the page "pajak_for_mp_2014.htm"). In preparation for this, it's worth making a copy of the "totalizm logo" shown in Fig. #F1a from the "love.htm" web page - because once the elections begin, such a logo would appear next to the name of each candidate of this party, making them easier to identify. Furthermore, it's also worth compiling a list of internet links to descriptions of the democratic improvements that the party of totalizm wishes to implement in parliament. Because, due to a lack of funds, the party of totalizm will NOT finance any elements of this campaign, each of its candidates should choose methods of reaching their voters, tailored to their own capabilities. However, I would recommend conducting the bulk of this campaign by personally meeting voters, by going around their constituency and knocking on voters' doors - because such activities require only courage and physical fitness, are highly effective, and cost almost nothing, as each candidate will be standing in the area where they live.

       {7#F1} Learning the results of the elections just held, and if any of these at least 10 candidates of the party of totalizm is included in parliament, then preparing to take on parliamentary duties. This undertaking will be treated as an important mission received from God and supported by God. This means disciplined implementation of all undertaken tasks and goals from {1#F1} above - also requiring their consultation with the coordinator - after all, he is the person most perfectly familiar with the engineering "know-how" of this group implementation of an idea extremely important for the entire human civilization.

       Please also note here that the party of totalizm would only launch its candidates in the upcoming elections if it had a guarantee that for the all of New Zealand, there would be, volunteer , and that it would be able to field at least 10 candidates meeting the requirements of sub-item {3#F1}. Only fielding at least 10 such candidates, as promised in the Bible, would secure God's help and thus ensure that they would psychologically gain the readiness and determination to reliably carry out their entire election campaign, and if they win the elections, also to fully and actively fight for the improvement of democracy in the upcoming parliamentary term.

       (10) Let's also learn about the more significant consequences that the potential candidacy of the "party of totalizm" would bring. Let's list at least seven of the most important ones below. Here they are.

       (11) Demonstrating that a party election campaign can be effectively conducted on a "zero-dollar budget". I demonstrated this to myself in 2014, when, as an "independent" candidate and on a "zero-dollar budget", I received a vote count exceeded only by the votes of New Zealand's two most important political parties. Several other political parties received fewer votes than me at the time.

       (12) The effort to save the Earth, humanity, and the given country. Let us also remember that in all countries on Earth, the democratic elections that will take place after the publication of the above descriptions will likely be the last elections taking place before the 2030s. In order to save humanity and the Earth from the events coming in the years 2030 to 2040, at least 10 countries are needed that will improve their country's democracy in the manner described here. That is why I have described the above procedure in such a way that it can be implemented in virtually any country. So, if you, the reader, are NOT a citizen of NZ, but a citizen of any country with a population exceeding the one thousand inhabitants specified in the Bible and required by God, then as early as appropriate, but no later than about 3 months before the elections in your country, also implement each of the items of the above-described procedure - including obtaining my coordination and advice after contacting me as described above in {5#F1}.

       (13) It will become a model for other countries. After our joint implementation of all the above items from {1#F1} to {7#F1}, let us hope that God will deem NZ and/or reader's your own country, as worthy of becoming one of those at least 10 countries whose efforts to improve democracy will save humanity, planet Earth, and at least these 10 countries from self-inflicted destruction. After all, nothing is impossible for God, and the Bible promises those who serve God that God will discreetly help them in their efforts.

       (14) Raising awareness among other countries and nations of the benefits of joining the process of improving democracy. And for individuals, realizing that, for example, taking up the task of saving one's country and humanity is so important to God that the Bible promises special treatment for it. In turn, simply by exposing one's thinking and behaviour to God's special direction, a person can become closer to the characteristics of the "chosen" mentioned above. In other words, even simply standing in the election as a candidate for a party of totalizm can bring numerous spiritual, psychological, energetic benefits, increased vibrational frequencies, etc., which cannot yet be predicted at the current level of humanity.

       (15) Success despite lack of funds. If, despite the shortcomings, inconveniences, obstacles, and sabotage by the "powers of evil", humanity, with God's discreet help, achieves the success described here in saving itself from self-destruction, this will set an example worth emulating also for those civilizations of our cosmic relatives whose agents secretly operate on Earth and thus have an excellent opportunity to observe "what" and "how" we humans have accomplished. This, in turn, may cause these civilizations, over time, to change their parasitic behaviours into some form of "adding" behaviours. Such a change would NOT only increase the well-being of their own nations, but would also bring relief to the civilizations currently being mortified by them.

       (16) The inclusion of New Zealand and the other of required 10 countries into Earth's history textbooks, as well as the inclusion of all those standing for election as candidates for the party of totalizm, who are improving democracy. It is not difficult to predict that, if the democratic improvements discussed here prove successful, their historical significance will be equal to that previously established by the formation of the United States.

       (17) Acting in accordance with the proverb: "if you want something to be done properly, you must do it yourself" - which guarantees the highest chance of achieving the intended success. This is an old Polish proverb that I heard many times in my youth - but only in Poland. After emigrating from Poland, I never heard it again, but I often observed situations confirming that what it states is the so-called "absolute truth" (i.e., the truth confirmed by the most important "three witnesses" described in more detail, e.g., in blog #331E and in (1) to (1c) from item #H1 of my web page named "2020life.htm"). However, if done thoughtlessly, it can also cause more harm than good, for example, if it breaks another old Polish proverb: "Never force anyone to be happy" - from the motto of this report #395E. This other proverb limits what is done only to situations where the effects of our personal actions make life better only for those who desire those effects. For those who wish to live a miserable life and persist, for example, in poverty, it allows them to be what they desire. That's why the final improvements to democracy proposed in this study are merely a proposal. This proposal should NOT be implemented without approval by a majority of the nation in some kind of general plebiscite, such as the NZ "anti-smacking" plebiscite described in item #B5.1 of the web page "will.htm" - which was intended to correct the "forced happiness" practiced by the NZ government. Perhaps to avoid situations where, through their actions, a large number of people are sometimes "forced happiness," in a number of countries I have observed thinking and behaviour whose essence seems to correspond to the opposite of the proverbial intention stated in this motto: "For everything that needs doing, wait until the government does it for you". Unfortunately, the governments of current democracies continue to violate the principle that "the will of the majority overrides the will of the individual" However, in the current era of the internet and the ability to consult with the entire nation on every important decision experienced by everyone, this violation should no longer occur. Fortunately, such violation of the "will of the majority" is eliminated by the proposal for improving democracy described in this #F1. It eliminates the practice of implementing decisions without consulting the nation. It also eliminates the painful situations on Earth that most of us have already found ourselves in.

Fig. #F1a: Here is the appearance of the so-called "logo of totalizm". This logo is described in more detail in Fig. #I4abcd from the web page "totalizm2020_uk.htm" - see also there descriptions associated with it under Fig. #E2b. This logo carries within itself a huge amount of symbolism and spiritual messages, the development of which required the work of a large team of creative people. It is especially worth noting about this logo that it was NOT designed in the current passage of time. Instead, it reminded me of the previous course of time in Poland, which around the year 1980 for the entire country was shifted back by about 30 years, i.e. to around the year 1950. For this shifting back in time for the entire country, there is a lot of evidence described in totalizm publications, e.g. in {6b#E1} from blog #394E.

       So much for this report number #395E, revealing the procedure by which anyone who meets the requirements in {1#F1} can contribute to the improvement of democracy and to saving their country and all of humanity from impending self-destruction.
