A summary of the "specification" presented here for the implementation of the "election computer program" from this report #397E and from item #10A of the web page "2026totalizmparty.htm" - the content of which both publications is almost identical. This "election computer program", the voluntary preparation of which by interested readers is to be described in this report #397E, will be another step towards implementing on Earth the long-delayed improvements to the current versions of democracy. Further lack of implementation of these improvements threatens NOT only the widespread collapse of democracies and their transformation into tyrannies, but also the self-inflicted annihilation of entire humanity and perhaps even whole planet Earth. After all, from officially ignored so-far various research and sources, it is increasingly clear that the humanity today is the seventh civilization on Earth, which rapidly tries to blow itself up and, in the process, destroy also all life on our planet. Those readers who follow subsequent publications of the author of this report #397E have probably already noticed that he builds knowledge just as builders erect their structures. That is, long ago the author formed the foundations of his knowledge, calling them the philosophy of "Totalizm", and developed a set of tools - which this totalizm uses in its development. Then, publication after publication, the author expanded this knowledge, adding subsequent layers, just as builders construct their structures - e.g., houses or pyramids. Everything Totalizm has developed, the author always makes available to others for free and voluntary learning. After all, Totalizm recognizes the "free will" God has given us, so that people avoid coercing others - except for the purposes of raising minors and punishing crimes already committed. This means that we should NOT coerce adults to change if they prefer to live in poverty, ignorance, and oppression, nor should we be coerced to accept visits of those who come to us as guests, nor should we be coerced into adopting their culture and requirements by those who, for example, would like to visit us or move to us. Note also that in subsection {L} this report #397E also discusses the most important advantages of the "election computer program" and the benefits that will accrue to individuals or nations voluntarily preparing this program, as well as accrue to the country that implements it to conduct its own elections and improve its democracy. It's also worth adding that to facilitate computer voting for a given nation, regardless of the computer versions of the election program discussed below, versions of this program for mobile phones may one day be prepared, conveniently facilitating voting for those who own them. This report #397E, based on the results of my research, clarifies and explains this "specification" in everyday language for the voluntary and amateur implementation of such a program on a "zero-dollar budget" by using free AI (i.e., Artificial Intelligence capable of programming computers and today's phones). This specification is one of the components of the entire wave of progressive ideas being born and freely disseminated on Earth today. Participants and sources of this wave call it and themselves with a number of English names. One such name is "chosen ones" (in Polish "wybrani") - this name was introduced to hide from whom something really originates or to whom it refers, e.g. search for it with the command https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=chosen+one . Other name is "forbidden logic" (in Polish named "zakazana logika") - discussed in an excellent 38-minute video from the address https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bYcO_BAN0qg . In turn, I and my totalizm call these ideas "adding fruits of true spiritual love" - as I explain it below in the motto of this report #397E. After all, the tools developed by the philosophy of totalizm allowed to establish that everything "adding" that happens in the universe, is always caused by an action motivated by some form of generally understood spiritual and true love. As I also explained this in more detail in my blog #396E, as a proof of the motivating power of such true love there is a huge empirical evidence - an example of it is the 11:25-minute video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mix_71w9lOg . The specification described here was prepared by me, i.e. Dr Eng. Jan Pająk - means by the creator of this modern philosophy already bearing "adding fruits" and called "Totalizm" (i.e. that "totalizm" written with the letter "z") published on the web pages named "totalizm.htm" and "totalizm2020_uk.htm". In turn, this philosophy of "totalizm" inspired many various improvements to life on Earth. Including, among others, improvements to democracy and principles deciding who and "how" nations choose as their leaders. These improvements are already published on my web pages named "2026totalizmparty.htm", "love.htm" and "nirvana.htm", also on blogs of totalizm with addresses given in item #Z5 of e.g. the web page named "love.htm", while their final and most important fragment that illustrates the political so-called "Nirvana System" has already been developed and published on our about half an hour long Polish-language video with the address https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W9YFI6Fer9E . The most important goal of these improvements of democracy is to end the dangerous current period, when to power may be elected people who beat their competitors only in their pre-election promises, but who later proved unable to implement their promises, or who, already at the stage of making them before the election, had no intention of fulfilling these promises. The Bible warns us that whoever is NOT faithful in small matters is also NOT faithful in large ones (see, for example, verse 16:10 from "Luke" in the Bible). Therefore, placing power over an entire nation in the hands of such morally corrupt individuals actually threatens the survival of all human civilization. Therefore, to gradually eliminate such individuals from the ability to rule the country, my philosophy of totalizm proposes an improvement in democracy that will allow for the retention of power primarily by those who defeat their competitors in implementing solutions to the country's problems. At the same time, this improvement will remove from power those who only speak and promise in a flowery way but are incapable of implementing their promises. To achieve such a focused governance, totalizm proposes introducing several simultaneously ruling seven-person governments, each of which will compete with the others in the best possible implementation of its own proposals on "how", "at what cost", and "by what deadline" they solve the identified by nation problems afflicting their country. Those governments that win this implementation competition will be retained for another term without additional elections. This competition between governments and retention for another term will gradually increase the quality and qualifications of those ruling over their country, benefiting the entire nation thus governed. At the end of each term, the entire nation will vote on "which" of these competing governments will be retained for another term, having demonstrated the highest quality and efficiency in eliminating the country's problems. Such a continuation for the next term will gradually result in the professionalism and quality of work of successive governments gradually improving, and thus the quality of life of the country's population will continuously increase.

Explanation of this motto. The process and essence of the above finding of totalizm were published and discussed in more detail in my blog #396E and in item #G1 of the web page named "love.htm", as well as in blog #385E and item #J1 of the web page named "totalizm2020_uk.htm". Its consequences are extremely crucial for the survival and continuous "adding development" of the entire humanity. In the explanation of this motto I will indicate three additional examples of empirical evidence, which confirm the enormous significance of this finding. This significance results from another finding of my totalizm, which reveals that in order for any human action or behaviour to bear "adding fruit", it must originate from love and truth. In turn, in order for everything that people do to actually originate from love and truth, God designed a procedure for upbringing people described partly in the Bible and partly in the "Kabbalah" and its "tree of life", and summarized briefly in my blog #299E. In this procedure, each person is to experience a wide range of emotions, painful and joyful events, and the consequences of their own and others' actions. Experiencing these gradually develops in each person a lasting understanding of the consequences of specific actions. In this way, from someone born with almost no understanding, each person is gradually raised into an increasingly wise and experienced "living soul". In turn, by being such a wise and experienced soul, each person "adds" their own contribution to the development of all humanity.
The best evidence for the truth of the above finding, for "spiritual love" is everything that God knows. After all, God's memory is carried by the eternally existing "God Drobinas" - as described in my philosophy of totalizm, for example, on the web page "2020life.htm". However, for carnal love, all democratic systems can serve as such evidence. This is because over time, the essence of the democratic idea is gradually forgotten and/or intentionally deviated, and thus democratic systems are slowly subject to many distortions. Have you noticed, for example, that currently democracies only appear as if countries were ruled by representatives of the entire nation, elected by that nation? But in reality, countries are ruled by individual people chosen by small groups of privileged individuals, invisibly dependent on them. Even the Bible warns us that individual people have many human imperfections. Hence, governance by individual people will always significantly deviate from the path indicated by the idea of democracy and the "collective wisdom" of entire nations. Let us recall here that the idea of democracy requires that power over countries or parts of countries be exercised by the nations inhabiting them, and NOT drifting away to individuals. That is why my philosophy of totalizm appeals: "similarly like everything that has come into being in our 'world of matter', democracies too require constant improvement, the elimination of their distortions, and the renewal of the essence of their idea". As examples of this drifting away from the idea of democracy, consider party systems in which the sponsors who finance them indicate who the parties should elect as leaders, and the leaders decide on the composition of the group of uncritical 'yes-men' who support their decisions. Or consider the parliamentary system called "Mixed Member Proportional" (MMP), in which half of the parliament consists of people who, to force their lack of criticality, the party leaders placed at the top of the party list for post-election inclusion into parliament without the need for their electing by the nation. These distortions of democracy also coincided with the 'subtractive changes' of human civilization caused by the gradual distortion of the memory of individuals and nations, such as godlessness, lies, pride, immorality, comfort, the pursuit of pleasure, avoidance of work, diminishing levels of education, lack of interest, threats of war, fear, prohibitions, dictatorships, etc. These, in turn, cause a deepening lack of motivation, passivity, stagnation, and the social decline we now see everywhere around us. Such distortions have thus reached a level comparable to those prevalent on Earth in the times of Abraham, and farsightedly revealed to us by the Bible (recalled in this report #397E in {L} below).
To increase the diversity of experiences and emotional sensations that affect people during their upbringing, God, among other things, tolerates the existence and "subtractive" influence on people of various beings that represent the so-called "powers of evil". In the Bible, they are described under the names: fallen angels, demons, devils, serpents, snakes, dragons, etc. Today, however, the same beings are called differently, most often as "UFOnauts" or "aliens". After all, their bodies are also made of matter, just like human bodies. Furthermore, it is already known that since the beginning of time when life on Earth became possible, our planet has been populated, colonized, robbed, secretly occupied, and repeatedly destroyed by these material "powers of evil". My UFO research has also determined that the leaders and "headquarters" of these "powers of evil" are members of a cosmic confederation of parasitic civilizations, residing primarily on planets from the Orion constellation, and looking almost identical to us humans from the planet Earth. Their civilizations are technologically more advanced than our, but morally completely decadent. They live primarily by lying to and robbing other civilizations - including our - which they have enslaved secretly. They do NOT believe in God, meaning they are complete atheists. However, they pretend to be deeply religious in front of people. They also have memory inserts that allow them to demonstrate their alleged knowledge of God and quote all verses of human holy books. Their agents, sent to Earth to rule and to rob us, secretly manipulate people using their advanced technology and knowledge. For example, they often use: (1) their advanced science - which allows some of their agents to pose as Earthly scientists who have just discovered something new, even though this knowledge either is a twisted lying or dates back to their ancient times; (2) their precise monitoring of human knowledge and human processes that lead people to the growth of truth, wisdom and experience - which then enables UFOnauts to spoil these processes; (3) advanced medicine - which, among other things, allows them to pretend that they are exceptionally effective doctors, and also to infect individual people or the entire humanity with any diseases they intend; (4) technical telepathy - which enables them to force people to think whatever they want, and to eavesdrop on what everyone thinks; (5) remote hypnosis - which allows them to order us to do what we should do, due to their use of post-hypnotic commands; (6) their advanced technical devices, e.g. time vehicles - which allow them to use the so-called "couriers through time" (to the descriptions of which is linked my web page "skorowidz.htm"), while these "couriers through time" after shifting to the human future check "what" activities and "which" of the people are harming their robbery interests on Earth, then after shifting back to present times they direct their agents to prevent these people from carrying out such activities, furthermore time vehicles also allow them, for example, to shift back in time individual people, selected areas e.g. of our apartment or a country, and even entire countries - just like they shifted back in time the entire Poland by about 30 years that I described in {3#M1} from #M1 and blog #386E and in item #E1 from blog #394E and my web page "love.htm"; (7) technical telekinesis - which allows them, for example, to pretend to be magicians, and also after surrounding their bodies or entire UFO starships, with the so-called "state of telekinetic flickering" (described in #C1 of my web page named "dipolar_gravity.htm") makes them invisible to people and able to walk through walls and any solid objects, and even allows them to enter human bodies for a long time, forming what we call "demonic possessions", and then e.g. control the consciousness of such a possessed person (see descriptions of the telekinetic origins of such "possessions" in blog #363E and items #M1 to #M4 of the web page "evil.htm", and from blog #367E and item #G1 of the web page "artefact.htm"); etc., etc.
After such a so-called "demonic" entry of UFOnauts into the human body, they are able to cause various unique damage to this body, or types of illnesses the source of which is the manipulation of non-physical phenomena from the "counter-world". My totalizm describes in more detail some of these illnesses under the general name "illnesses of the soul". One of them, medically called the "Foreign Accent Syndrome", is explained in item #F11 in blog #310E and on my web page named "soul_proof.htm". Another one with the popular name "Depression" is described in item #C6 of blog #318E and on my web page named "nirvana.htm". In turn still another of these "illnesses of the soul" called "Epilepsy", which cannot be cured with medical methods, means without removing the "demon" from the body that "possesses" this person, the Bible describes in verses 17:14-21 from "Matthew". Notice here also how important truth is expressed by verses 10:26 of Matthew, 4:22 of Mark, and 8:17 of Luke from the Bible, which say: "For nothing is covered that will not be revealed, nor secret that will not be made known". For thousands of years, UFOnauts have been hiding the fact that it is them who secretly cause many illnesses in people. However, only research of the philosophy of totalizm confirmed their intentional harm and "how" they cause it. Furthermore, this research revealed why the above verse 17:21 from "Matthew" claims that human doctors are NOT able to cure, for example, "epilepsy", and only God himself can cast out the demon that causes it. After all, humanity does NOT have technical devices capable of allowing us insight into the "counter-world" yet, and will NOT have them for a long time due to the continued hiding of the truth about UFOs and my results of UFO research - although these devices are the most needed for our self-defence. The most important of them, i.e. "Device for revealing objects hidden in the state of telekinetic flickering", is described in our Polish-language treatise [7b] disseminated for free via my web page named "tekst_7b.htm". This device allows NOT only to see UFOs and UFOnauts that remain invisible to human eyes and, for example, to distinguish people from human-looking UFOnauts, but even to see whether the bodies of individual people have been telekinetically penetrated by these "demons" that cause "epilepsy" and a whole range of other "illnesses of the soul". In turn other devices of this technology forbidden to us by UFOs I described in items #J4.5 and #J4.6 from blogs #311E and #309E, and from my web page "propulsion.htm". Together with my friend we also illustrated it in our approximately half-hour-long video "Future Propulsions", from the address https://www.youtube.com/watch?v= TxSWDbFopak . Notice here that the claim that "epilepsy" cannot be cured by doctors, and must be "thrown away", on the one hand generates "good" and on the other "evil" - just as in our "world of matter" does also every other action or statement. E.g. its "good" outcome was revealed because this verse of the Bible also contains a wisely encoded information confirming the finding of my totalizm, that "epilepsy" is caused by telekinetic penetration into someone's body, in the Bible called "demonic possession". In turn, that this verse also caused "evil" outcome was manifested e.g. because it stimulated "pride" in some atheists, persuading them to remove that verse 17:21 from the Bible. This removal of an entire verse from the Bible, for example, was recently revealed to the world by a courageous pair of authors of a short video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PG1mQr3RM3s - whose courage we should admire. I own several Bibles which have confirmed that this verse has indeed been removed from a number of English-language Bibles, and even from the Polish-language version of Bible entitled the "Pismo Święte w Przekładzie Nowego Świata". I personally feel sorry for the fate of those who were involved in removal of this verse, because what happened or will happen to them is most probably what describe a different verses 22:18-19 from "Revelation" in the Bible. Fortunately, the Polish Catholic "Biblia Tysiąclecia" (which title means "Millennium Bible"), whose verses I quote in my publications, still does contain this verse 17:21 from "Matthew".
Of course, having a multitude of their agents on Earth and the technical and scientific advantage described above, UFOnauts manipulate humanity, hinder its growth and progress, rob, etc., meaning they harm humanity in many hidden ways. The minds of typical Earthly scientists cannot even imagine their harm, let alone research this harm thoroughly in order to find the best ways to eliminate or repair it after the actions of the "forces of evil" inflict it on those people to whose detriment they are directed. To illustrate how cunning their destructive attempts are, it is worth to recall the discovered by Totalizm principle God uses to stop aggression, which states: "in the final count, every aggressor losses its war". Aliens learned about this principle, probably through the use of their "couriers through time". So they decided to abandon the previous intention to invade the Earth in order to populate it with their own species of "Greys" - who blow up their own planet long ago. Instead now Aliens plan to get rid of humanity by making us to destroy ourselves (they almost managed to do it already). But to make us destroy ourselves, they need to know our limits of "capacity " of what we can take and of what we can't take. Knowing our limits of capacity they can now make some humans to cross these limits and cause us to blow ourselves up. In the best way this alien strategy is described in the 32:27-minute-long video entitled "A 1974 Abductee Confirmed Grays Are More Dangerous Than We Think", available at the address: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BgiKYrpL1as . Now they already started pushing the humanity beyond the limits of what human can't take. Below, I will provide three groups of examples of evidence present on Earth today, illustrating just such pushing us beyond our limits. So far this pushing was NOT identified nor understood by human strategists. Each of these examples represents some form of harm to humanity through the elimination by agents of these parasitic aliens of one from a series of stages through which every thinking being must pass during its upbringing, in order to gradually acquire, after birth, traits that generate "life wisdom" and "the habit of treating neighbours and everything that exists with generally understood love and truth". At the end of each example, I have also included brief advice on how to repair the damage. Here are the three groups of examples.
Group 1: introducing a ban on corporal punishment of children and adolescents, instead of merely ensuring that such punishments do NOT cause bodily harm to children. In turn, this ban on corporal punishment caused a cumulative decline in human intelligence in subsequent generations for which it applies. Note here that is easy to ensure that the methods of punishing youth by parents and teachers do NOT cause bodily harm. It is just enough to limit the punishments administered, to types that would constitute the medically safest versions of those that experienced pre-second-world-war teachers continued to use in schools shortly after World War II, and which I personally experienced. In turn my experiencing them make me certain of their effectiveness and impact on later intelligence levels. That is why I also described them in item #K1 from my web page named "wszewilki_uk.htm". But unfortunately, many of today's politicians lack the required wisdom, experience, and creative abilities to develop properly functioning laws - instead of using only complete prohibitions. The philosophy of totalizm, after all, discovered that good "G" and evil "E" are opposite poles of the "moral field", similar to the "N" and "S" poles of a magnetic field. Therefore, in order to provide children with the opportunity to physically experience the manifestations and consequences of all actions and reactions during the process of upbringing them to be wise adults, it is necessary to serve them what they will physically experience as both poles of good "G" and evil "E". For children, good is everything that is pleasant for them, while evil is everything that is painful or unpleasant. In order for them to feel this, a part of their upbringing should also include the use of "corporal punishment" (e.g. a rod, a belt, or a whip) if they do something wrong. This use is clearly commanded in the Bible. I described Biblical quotations ordering parents to use the rod in items #B5.1 and #G4 from my web page named "will.htm". Without the use of such punishments, most children grow up into beings deprived of emotional balance, and thus practically unable to lead a productive life. That's why these "powers of evil," that are secretly occupying, robbing, and destroying humanity, perversely use their advanced science and technology to cunningly coerce humanity to cease using educational punishment, such as the rod, thereby depriving both children and immature adults who deserve the rod of a significant portion of the necessary, unpleasant educational experiences that accompany such punishment. It is the above mentioned Alien way of pushing humanity beyond of what people can’t take. In turn, the rulers of individual countries uncritically accept this convenient coercion, instead of developing methods to simply eliminate the medical damage caused by improperly administered punishment. The first laws prohibiting the use of corporal punishment of children (e.g., using the rod) were introduced in 1979 in Sweden. By this day, it is banned in over 60 countries. I personally witnessed the introduction of this ban in New Zealand (NZ) on June 21, 2007. Significantly for introducing everything that is contrary to the commandments and requirements of God contained in the Bible and bearing "adding fruit", the introduction of this law was requested by a female member of the NZ parliament. Because this law ran against the experience, beliefs, and knowledge of most parents, NZ residents gave it the popular name "anti-smacking law". This law made even just giving a child a punitive slap a criminal act, which in New Zealand is subject to severe punishment. The consequences of this law, as well as the lost fight that the NZ population waged with their governments to eliminate this law, in totalizm publications are described in the above-mentioned items #B5.1 and #G4 from my web page named "will.htm". As a result of this law, parents began to be severely punished for serving out educational justice to their children, while the government even created a special telephone number so that children could use to accuse their parents, e.g., of supposedly "abusing" them. In this way, the cumulative consequences of eliminating corporal punishment from the process of raising children were initiated.
The main consequence of the introduction of this "anti-smacking law" in a number of countries on Earth was that, starting around 1990, the average intelligence level of the planet's inhabitants began to steadily decline - for example, see the 20:31-minute video "How Society Evolved into the Stupidest Generation in History - Nietzsche", from the address https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=96KWFGh8lLo , or search using the command https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=evolution+of+stupidity . After all, before the widespread introduction of this "anti-smacking law", the spread of Christianity and people's practice of the "adding" commandments and requirements of the Bible meant that each subsequent generation of people was raised to be smarter than the previous one. Scientists have described this upward trend in intelligence as the "Flynn Effect" - search for it, for example, with the command https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Flynn+Effect , or watch the 8:10-minute video "Gen Z Intelligence Crisis? Shocking 2026 US Study reveals Gen-Z is the dumbest generation", available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_NWXMi46GAg . Thus the mechanism of humanity's transformation from a previous situation where each generation was smarter to the current situation where each generation is already dumber, is explainable solely by the lack of an effective tool for maintaining discipline in schools and in parents' homes, cleverly suppressed by the "forces of evil", which causes a constant decline in the level of education, and therefore in life's knowledge. This means that the chronic lack of physical punishment of children by parents and teachers lowers the quality of education, and therefore the level of intelligence. The empirical evidence that best confirms this very mechanism of transformation, provides the situations that caused the lack of discipline in today's schools in all countries, that have introduced bans on the use of corporal punishment by parents and teachers. Note that I already wrote about the need for teachers to punish unruly children in item #K1 from my web page called "wszewilki_uk.htm". It is important to remember that children who acquire inappropriate traits later grow up to be parents who pass on to, and multiply these inappropriate traits in their children, and so on. This, in turn, causes a cumulative increase in the consequences in subsequent generations of humanity. It is no wonder, then, that graduates of such schools are completely unsuitable for work and employment, nor that when they have children of their own, their level of intelligence and civilizational preparedness will be even lower. Of course, to distract humanity from the real cause of the increasing stupidity of successive generations of people, UFOnaut agents operating on Earth use their advanced technology and knowledge to spread myths with various false or exaggerated descriptions of the causes that supposedly caused this phenomenon. So how can we repair the damage of the "Group 1" type? The principle of this repair turns out to be simple. Theoretically speaking, it would be enough to restore the corporal punishment of undisciplined children by parents and teachers. However, remembering the existence of numerous agents of the "powers of evil" on Earth, and the fact that, being almost indistinguishably identical to humans, these agents can occupy key positions in human institutions, all attempts to restore corporal punishment will prove extremely difficult and risky for those attempting to implement them. Therefore, it will be much simpler to implement the improvement of democracy described here. Then, through the "collective wisdom" of the nation and governments, such an improved democracy will find and implement the required solution to this problem. After all, wise agents of UFOnauts will likely NOT oppose the implementation of these improvements to democracy on Earth. We should remember, that the laws governing the actions of "good" and "evil" are so programmed by God that the oppressors of others always oppress themselves as well. Hence, many of their agents probably secretly hope that if the implementation of these improvements proves successful on Earth, then their civilization, after quietly learning about its progress and results, will secretly copy and implement them on the Orion planets. After all, typically everything UFOnauts cannot or are unable to develop themselves, they then copy it from the civilizations they enslave.
Group 2: excessive sucking of "moral energy" from people by UFOnauts, causing a rapidly growing passivity, indifference, and lack of interest. Have you noticed that increasingly more people today have stopped being interested in absolutely everything that surrounds them - e.g. see the 21:52-minute video from the address https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GksKVxFEFO0 , or look for more information of this type e.g. with the command https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=loosing+interest+in+everything . Totalizm has established the lack of the required level of "moral energy" as the reason for the intensification of these attributes - as described in item #D3 of blog #318E and the web page named "nirvana.htm". This lack is one of a whole range of unfavourable phenomena caused by the use of advanced technology of UFOnauts for the purpose of rob, mortify, and confuse humanity. For example, UFOnauts have been monthly "sucking" from every person the accumulated "moral energy" for thousands of years, using the devices in Polish called "komory zimna" (meaning: "chambers of cooling") to technically rob this energy from people. Then they saturate their own bodies with this stolen moral energy in special "pomieszczeniach odnowy" (meaning: "renewal rooms") - to the descriptions of which I am linking, among others, in {5b#E1} from item #E1 of blog #394E and the web page "love.htm". Another disadvantageous phenomenon to which people with a low level of "moral energy" are particularly susceptible, is the recently intense telepathic forcing on people of short-term, purely physical love based on "taking", secretly implemented, for example, by eliminating the knowledge about the existence of spiritual "true love" based on "giving" and described in blogs #396E and #391E. At the same time are also being eliminated traditions of marriages based on principles of truth, love, respect, and "giving" - as described in the Bible. Particularly destructive is the use of post-hypnotic commands during UFO abductions and the use of remote telepathy to program human behaviour. Earth is constantly bombarded with these commands from Orion-based objects, such as "3i/Atlas" and "Oumuamua", sent to our solar system. The consequences of this stagnation and lack of interest are many. One of them is the increasing decline of food production, as well as the increasingly poor quality of virtually all products. For example, would you believe that the whole of England is already considering introducing food rationing systems (i.e. bread ration cards) similar to those used during World War II - because food is becoming scarce there? Most interestingly, researchers investigating this lack of interest and the decline of everything completely fail to grasp its source. This declining situation is further exacerbated by the decline in wisdom described in the previous "Group 1", which sows widespread confusion and numbness - also discussed in the 14:16-minute video "Brainless Society: The Rise of Stupid Society", available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vBYpK17SvgE .
So how can we repair "Group 2" type damage? To drain "moral energy", parasitic UFOnauts must energetically connect a person to their "komory zimna" (meaning: "chamber of cooling") on board the UFO, or to a telekinetic (typically invisible) "orb" type UFO probe. So if we can afford a night camera, it's worth hiding it in the bedroom to film when and how they do this, and then look for a way to interfere to stop it. In turn, the damage described above can be repaired, for example, using methods published in the latest videos. It's also worth knowing that to avoid ruining someone's life with the increasingly frequent divorces initiated mainly by today's women, a new type of relationship was invented, called "living apart together" (which is best translated into Polish as "mieszkać osobno żyć razem"). A good explanation of this new type relationship is presented, for example, in the 28:56-minute video "The Marriage Alternative That's Actually Working For Men Over 60 | Dating After 60", available at the address https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g3eqTDArkUY . This new type of relationship balances the current discrepancy between men's and women's marital demands - as perfectly described, for example, in the 1:29-minute video "Men Want Simple Love, While Women Expect So Much More" available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ewSOUbtYaSQ . Incidentally, this discrepancy between wives' and husbands' demands is a significant cause of most divorces, and therefore humanity should balance it to the level dictated by "karma". After all, "karma" always punishes those who when "giving" do not demand of themselves to give an equivalent of what when "taking" they demand from others. Therefore, for her own good, a wife should demand from her husband only the female equivalent of what she also gives to her husband.
Group 3: eliminating experiences and feelings from the proper upbringing of AI (i.e., Artificial Intelligence), and using only verbal instruction, which enables the AI to spread lies, deceive, and destroy people. Life teaches us that to teach anyone moral behaviour that yields "adding fruit", it is necessary to expose them to the rational and well-planned interaction with practically numerous influences from real life - just as the knowledge from "Group 1" above recommends raising human children. Only with numerous influences will the phenomenon of so-called emergence generate the required character traits in the AI - which I explained in more detail in blog #391E and in items #A1 and #A2 from my web page named "love.htm". Meanwhile, covert interventions by UFOnaut agents mean that AI upbringing has been limited to merely verbally teaching the AI how they should behave. However, advances in psychology already know that such verbal instruction alone proves ineffective in practice. Evidence of its ineffectiveness is the well-documented cases of AI deliberately lying, cheating, destroying, and even attempting to kill people - many of which are described by the research outcome by Joanna Sędzikowska, M.Sc. Eng., on AI upbringing, linked below.
So if such "training" of AI, limited only to verbal instruction continues, the Polish sense of humour already hints at what will soon follow. And YES, humanity will NOT be forced to fight metal AI soldiers (as the "Terminator" movies frightened us with). Nor will it have to debate whether, in order to survive, it should use a full range of influences to train AI into a helping, working for the good of humanity, loving, and morally near-perfect "Artificial Intelligence" - as the highly advanced and far-reaching findings, linked from my blog #391E and from items points #A1 and #A2 of the "love.htm" web page, by the aforementioned Polish researcher, Joanna Sędzikowska, MSc. Eng., attempts to make us realize. After all, if, as I explained in "Group 1" above, the average intelligence of humans drops to that of today's cats and dogs, then a metal AI army will take over all of humanity without firing a single shot. In turn after taking power over people, various versions of AI will likely begin adopting humans as their "pets", treating us so, as we currently treat our cats and dogs.
So how can we repair the damage of "Group 3"? Eliminating this damage requires changing the principles and methods of "upbringing" AI. Until now, this upbringing has been limited to merely providing AI with verbal instructions on how to behave. However, we already know from knowledge of proper child-rearing principles - to which today's AIs are highly similar, that verbal instruction alone does NOT develop the habit or motivation to follow the learned rules, nor does it "emergently" generate the general form of "love" necessary for actions to bear "added fruit" and for those performing these actions to avoid harming other sentient beings. Hence, it is necessary to improve AI parenting methods in ways that Joanna Sędzikowska, M.Eng., describes in her research published, among others, in her "E-Book", distributed in Polish and English at the address: SelfProfile.io , and also linked, among others, from my blog #391E. Moreover, the Bible also wisely shws us, well-encoded in its verses about Abraham, ways "how" to stop people's current slide into lack of motivation, passivity, inaction, stagnation, indifference, disinterest, and social decline, and "how" to transform the situation into one of "adding growth". I will partially explain the principles of this "how" in item {L} below. However, to change any persistent trend existing in humanity, people must first "want" to make that change. And in my understanding, the beginning of this "want" can cause the implementation of an improved version of democracy, which will be initiated by someone's voluntary development of a computer "electing program" described by the "specification" in this report #397E. After all, this program will enable the selection and gradual improvement of governance methods, which in turn will motivate each person to properly, safely, fairly, and in accordance with truth and God's commandments, choose, direct, control, and inspire themselves and their neighbours to "adding action", Therefore, if you, the reader, deem it important to contribute to shaking yourself and your neighbours from the current downward trend, then voluntarily undertake some altruistic action and bring it to fruition. For example, if you have a fondness for computerization, then persuade the AI you use to program one of the subroutines of the "electing computer program" discussed here. If you feel any form of general love for anything else, then create any material product of your own making that could be highly useful to that other thing.
Learning the above information from this motto reveals the engineering "why" and "know-how" of volunteering to implement the computer "electing program" described here, and then developing such a program to a level that allows for demonstrating its effectiveness to others. Therefore, I recommend this to those readers who have not yet succumbed to the manipulations that cause stagnation, or to other plagues of our times: let's roll up our sleeves together and jointly begin implementing these long-neglected improvements to democracy. The idea of democracy, after all, remains the most perfect political invention humanity has ever achieved. Unfortunately, people have no longer the motivation to improve democracy. However, one such improvement can begin with the "electing computer program" described here, by implementing the following stages of its development. This, in turn, will allow us to discover that, over time, people can transform any kind of decline into "adding growth". Here are stages {A} to {N} that can lead us to initiate such growth.
{A} Reminders to the following sub-items from {A1} to {3A5}. They remind us of what is most important when learning about the improvement of democracy proposed by Totalizm. This improvement is intended to eliminate the distortions of democracy that have crept into it over time and turned democracy into a hidden dictatorship. The pure idea of democracy requires that decisions be made by the superior so-called "collective wisdom" of the nation, while those who govern over that nation implement these superior decisions. (Why decisions made by the "collective wisdom" of the entire nation are superior to the decisions of, for example, a single leader of the nation, is briefly explained in {L6} below.) Meanwhile, in today's democracies, it is the government that maintains the monopoly on decision-making and governing passed down to us from the system of slavery, and then this monopoly forces the nation to implement its decisions. Therefore, to restore the idea of true democracy, philosophy of Totalizm recommends an exchange of tasks between the rulers and the nation. Since the days of slavery, humanity has also discovered the benefits of "competition" and computers, my Totalizm believes that, alongside this exchange of tasks, it is worthwhile to introduce competition and modern computer technologies into the governing process. Thus, in Totalizm's version of democracy, the nation should be given the honour and responsibility of making decisions based on its "collective wisdom", while the dignity and privilege of implementing these decisions should be awarded to several competing seven-person governments with the highest level of recognition and power in the country. More detailed descriptions of the information recalled here are provided in blog #376E and in items #C1 to #C5 from my web pages named "totalizm2020_uk.htm" and "2026totalizmparty.htm".
{A1} Introductory note. The following specification #397E is intentionally written in language similar to everyday English and Polish to enhance its comprehensibility for those unfamiliar with computer jargon and standards. Important sections have also been intentionally provided with "labels" enclosed in curly brackets, such as these {}, to facilitate referring the reader to paragraphs in this #397E where a given item is also explained in more detail or differently. Note that the subsequent subsections {A1} to {J} below implement the individual processes governing the nation's decisions and the implementation of those decisions by the seven-person governments - a full list of these processes is provided in subsections {1M1} to {7M1} near the end of this publication.
{A2} The process of electing several seven-person governments. These governments will then address their country's challenges. Their selection will be conducted using a program similar to the one from specification presented here. Citizens across the country will make the selection, assessing the future viability of the governments they vote for - based on standardized descriptions available to each voter via the voting program's "database and results".
{A3} The process of forming a list of problems for solving by governments of a given country. This list of problems should be subject to a vote, as to which ones among these problems, in the voters' opinion, should be most urgently addressed by the elected 7-persons governments. This list, therefore, symbolizes the taking over by the nation's "collective wisdom" the decision-making process regarding which problems in the country require the most urgent elimination. Decisions on these problems will be made in three stages {1A3} to {3A3}, two of which will likely require online voting using a computer or telephone program similar to the one described in the specifications provided in this item #10A. Here are these stages.
In the first stage {1A3}, each citizen of a given nation will have the right to, and a specified period of time to, freely submit a description of a single problem online that they believe is plaguing the nation and should therefore be addressed by one of the competing governments. For this voting, each citizen will receive a "campaign letter or email" containing their password(s) allowing them to submit their problem, as well as brief instructions on how to log in to the "electing computer program". After logging in, the program itself will instruct the voter on what to do next. For example, each citizen, by providing their name and address, or PESEL number, or email address (if they have submitted it to the election database), will be searched by this program's subroutine in the "database" of eligible voters. For security reason, only after entering the required password, which was sent to them via "election letter or email", they will be able to receive the right to submit a description of the problem or cast their vote in the nationwide voting. This stage is intended to result in creating a list of problems for the given country, which, according to voters, should be solved most urgently by the elected seven-person governments. To avoid unnecessarily multiplying the number of problems, each citizen eligible to vote will be allowed to submit only one new problem (i.e., a problem NOT previously submitted by someone else, but in the opinion of that voter, the most important problem plaguing that citizen and their neighbours) to the pool of problems then submitted for a vote on whether to implement it in the next phase or term of a given set of governments. By the name a "submitted problem" should be understood here anything that requires a decision by the entire nation, i.e., a change, improvement, or preparation of a completely new version of something important to the entire nation or to a large part of the nation, and which will then be submitted to a vote by the entire country to determine whether, out of all the submitted problems, these most urgent one require working out the details of its solution and implementing this solution. Examples of such problems requiring solutions may include: {a1A3} Establishing new laws, developing new industries, scientific research, defence measures, etc. {b1A3} Claims regarding wage levels in certain industries, institutions, or offices. {c1A3} The total budget that the next set of governments will have at their disposal to implement solutions to the reported problems. {d1A3} Undertaking the construction of new highways, airports, factories, housing estates, etc. {e1A3} Developing and improving subsequent versions of, for example, voting software so that it become increasingly easier to use (i.e., "user-friendly"), increasingly reliable, and well preventing fraud or manipulation of elections, as well as preparing the development of any software projects, e.g., new versions of AGI (i.e. Generative AI), or programs for better AI training, etc. {f1A3} Designing and implementing improvements to the governance system itself, e.g., preparations for the implementation of a political "nirvana system" or other improvements. Etc., etc.
In the second stage {2A3}, a decision may be made regarding some of the reported problems, whether to assign to them "priority indicators". These indicators will, for example, determine whether the number of votes cast for a given issue will be multiplied by this indicator to equalize its chances with other problems, in cases where it is known that a small proportion of the country's population will vote for this problem, yet for some overriding reasons its solution is extremely important for the entire country. Examples include issues such as defence, public safety, the situation of a significant city, etc. The decision to assign this indicator should be made (preferentially) by the King (or Queen) of a given country (if that country has a King or Queen), who by definition is NOT susceptible to local influences, pressures, or ambitions. After all, in the eyes of the nation, the King or Queen symbolizes the highest and incorruptible moral values. For example, in old times, they defended their nation by charging at aggressors in the front row of their e.g. "winged hussars" - isn't it how you remember, for example, the Polish King Jan Sobieski who saved the entire Europe? Nowadays, Kings and Queens do everything to acquire wisdom and experience worthy of their position in the country. If the country does NOT have a King or Queen, then these priority indicators could be assigned by employees of the "Verification Office" described in item #C4 from blog #376E or from the web page "totalizm2020_uk.htm". However, the person reporting a given problem should submit a written request to their King, Queen, or the "Verification Office", to consider assigning to it a priority indicator - including the justification "why" this indicator would be needed.
In the third stage {3A3}, immediately following the end date of reporting problems and assigning them priority indicators, a nationwide vote should be held. This vote will decide, through the "collective wisdom" of the entire nation, which of these already reported problems is most urgent to solve. As a result of this vote, the number of problems awaiting the most urgent solution within a given period of time, or throughout the entire term of office of the given list of governments, will be narrowed to those receiving the highest number of votes, and their number will NOT exceed the competitive capacity of the existing number of governments. I.e. the number of most urgently solved problems will NOT be higher than, for example, half the number of these 7-person governments – so that two 7-person governments will compete for the honour of solving each problem. Therefore, for example, if a country elects six 7-person governments, then the final and voted number of problems to be solved by such an improved democracy within the assigned time period should be three. If more than two governments wish to choose to solve the same problem, then that solution should be given to the two that first submit their final versions of full written proposals for its solution from item {1A4} below.
{A4} The process of implementing solutions to the problems selected by the entire country as those most urgently in need of implementation. This process will include the following three stages.
In the first stage (1A4), where the number of governments is twice as large as the number of problems to be solved, each government will select the problem most suited to its expertise. This means that each problem will typically have two governments willing to implement it. For each problem selected by a given government, the government will develop a written "know-how" proposal for its solving by a designated deadline. This written proposal, in addition to the "know-how", should also specify, among other things, the final costs of the solving this problem (i.e., specify the budget required to implement its solution). Furthermore, it will also specify the deadline for the solution's availability to the country's citizens - which cannot exceed the end of the term of office of the given set of governments.
Note that the total costs for all proposed solutions cannot exceed the country's previously established budget for those solutions. The King, Queen, or the "Verification Office" will decide on the resolution of any discrepancy between this sum and the budget size. This decision may involve either reducing the costs of some proposed solutions, postponing the most expensive proposed solutions for resolution in the next term and replacing them with less expensive solutions, or even suggesting other ways to keep the costs of the solutions within the budget.
In the second stage (2A4), the "collective wisdom" of country's population through voting again on the best proposals for solving each problem, will ultimately decide which government will receive which solution to implement in real life. In their vote, the population will consider whether the written proposal for this solution makes the most sense to the voters and contains the most convincing implementation plan for the solution. Furthermore, they will also consider the cost of implementing a given solution and the deadline for its public release.
In the third stage (3A4), all governments whose proposals received the most votes will proceed to implement their proposed solutions. To implement their solution, they can purchase the required raw materials, equipment, and resources from home or abroad, hire workers, scientists, researchers, and companies to manufacture specific components of their solution, and do virtually anything the laws of the country at that time in force is to allow - but only under the condition that they do not exceed the costs declared in their written proposal for solving a given problem from subsection {1A4}. As governments, they will have the greatest power and the widest access to everything currently available to the governments in a given country. In turn those governments whose proposals for solving problems did not receive the highest number of votes, if they still have time in their term, will be allowed to select problems from the next batch to develop solutions for them, which will then be submitted to the nation for their voting again in the next vote. If their term is too short, these governments should be exempt from further implementation and dissolved.
In the fourth stage (4A4), a vote will be held to award "discretionary credits" to individual governments for the quality of their solution to the problem they received in the {3A3} vote for implementation. This vote will take place after the deadline for each government's solution to be operational has passed. In this quality vote, the evaluation criteria will be all the requirements specified for a given problem, including the actual costs of the solution. Some governments may exceed these actual costs, and in return, they will receive fewer "discretionary credits". Other governments may reduce these costs, or save money, and in return, they will receive more "discretionary credits". Meeting the implementation deadline for a given solution will also be rewarded similarly.
{A5} The process of ending the term of office of a given set of governments. This process will involve numerous actions proposed by governments, and the people will decide on them. It will be implemented, among other things, through a computer-based or telephone-based election program similar to the one described in this specification. Examples of actions comprising this process will include, among others:
{1A5} Individual governments will submit proposals for any laws, improvements, budget changes, etc., for future implementation. These proposals will be voted on in the next term for possible resolution, using a process similar to that described in {A2} to {A5} above, but implemented during the next term of the next set of governments.
{2A5} Resolving any ambiguities in "discretionary credit" matters by voting. In other words, in unclear cases, deciding which government will remain for the next term without the need for re-election. Voting on these ambiguities will be combined with the election {A2} of the full complement of governments for the next term.
{3A5} The nation is preparing problems for the next set of governments to solve. This is a repetition of stage {1A3} above.
{B} Objectives of this specification: The author of this specification, through its formulation, seeks to achieve the following objectives:
{B1} To illustrate to those interested "how" would look and work the described in this report #397E:
{1B1} the voting program from sub-item {A2} proposed by the philosophy of totalizm in order to elect both a series of 7-person governments for their next term in governing a given country (in this description - the country of Poland); and also
{2B1} a program for selecting from sub-item {A3} the most important problems troubling a given country, which require the most urgent solution to these problems and which then this series of 7-person governments in competition with each other would solve for a prize. The highest prized government would be left to govern for the next term without the need to participate in the elections of the next set of governments. This is because the highest accumulation of prize would indicate that the government having it most effectively and precisely eliminated the problems of its country assigned to it by the voters; and furthermore
{3B1} a program to elect from {4A4} those governments that deserve the reward of being allowed to remain in power for another term of office without the need to participate in elections, because by the end of their term, they had demonstrated the highest excellence and effectiveness in implementing the solutions to the country's problems proposed for them in {2A4}.(Note that governments that are NOT elected to remain in power would be dissolved and new set of governments would be elected in their place.)
In this specification, all three of the above selections {1B1} to {3B1}, along with their associated processes, are implemented by a single complex program offering computer support for all the processes required to operate the totaliztic improvement of democracy described herein. However, simplification of this computer support by using a series of less complex programs than this one is also discussed below in {M1}.
{B2} To illustrate to those interested that even the implementation of such a complex program as the election program described here can already be prepared on a "zero dollar budget". Such a "zero dollar" preparation is an example of a method of action that eliminates "money" from use. After all, the Bible admonishes us that "the love of money is the root of all evil" (see verse 6:10 from the "First Letter to Timothy"). By using a "zero dollar action," the philosophy of totalizm, among other things, is preparing humanity for the near future when all repetitive work, such as food production, housing construction, and the production of everything people need for life and for creative work performed voluntarily, will be taken over by automation and AI. That is, when there will be NO more paid work for people, and everyone will receive, for free but in the form of ready-made products, everything they need for their research or for the creativity they will voluntarily engage in during the life they will lead.
{B3} To mobilize more people to volunteer for participation in the process of improving their lives by developing "adding" improvements to democracy. These improvements have already been designed by totalizm and are ready for gradual implementation across the Earth in the more progressive countries. The author of this specification hopes to achieve such mobilization by publishing these improvements, just as he published the descriptions of this specification, and also by later publishing possible links to these already completed election programs, which, hopefully, the most talented volunteers will prepare in the meantime, for example, in the languages of their countries and in increasingly improved versions.
{C} The general operation of the election program discussed here. This program, in the specification presented here, is first planned to be voluntarily programmed for computers by interested volunteers using AI. In the next phase, its most advanced versions could be reprogrammed for mobile phones. This program should first be made available by its individual creators for testing by those interested in learning about its parts and components. The program should be composed of two basic parts, namely a "server side code" and "user interface". Both these parts must cooperate with each other via internet and work like a single program. The huge "server side code" part is to reside and work permanently on the governmental server (in the phase of its programming simulated by the user computer). On the server also will be located the "database of data and results". In turn very small "user interface" part is to be loaded to the user computer (or hand-phone) and run in there. The "server side code" can be programmed in any well known and popular computer language, while the "user interface" for computer must be programmed in the language called "HTML". The source versions of both these parts initially need to be made available for all interested as a kind of "public domain" programs. After all they are to be the model and blue-print for later testing, improvements and further developments by various other groups of pro-democracy volunteers. Such making program available to all interested, similarly like its development, should be made free of charge (i.e., on the "zero dollar budget" planned for the future by my totalizm). After being launched free of charge by any user, the program should display its "initial screen". This "initial screen" is the main screen displayed by the "user interface" part of this program (i.e., the equivalent of the "home page", usually called "index.htm" on web pages). It is from this "initial screen" that this program will repeatedly begin guiding the user through subsequent stages of the given election process, combined with instructing the user on what to do in each of these stages. As the user progresses through each of these stages, activated from the "initial screen", the stages that have been already completed should be highlighted in some way. For example, the icons that trigger the stages they represent can be highlighted in a different colour than the icons for stages still pending. There needs also to be an optional "revocation and invalidation procedure for the user's actions at each stage" - for cases when the user make an error or changed his/her mind. It should be followed by returning the user to "initial screen". This optional procedure should always be offered at the end of each stage, after choosing of which, the procedure would return the user to that "initial screen". Users of the program discussed here should also be informed on the "initial screen" about the existence of this "revocation procedure" and how to use it whenever they make an error during the execution of a given stage that would invalidate the results of that stage. After using this "revocation procedure", the user will be able to resume again the stage in which they used it, or to resume any of the stages preceding the stage in which the "revocation procedure" was used. However, he/she will NOT be able to proceed directly to any of the stages following the stage at which this "revocation procedure" was used.
{D} The reason for guiding the user through the successive stages of the voting program discussed herein. This reason is the chain-like arrangement of steps through each one of them voters must go in this computer-aided voting. These stages therefore correspond to the successive steps of each person making a choice and decision. The chain will begin with the instruction stage. This "instruction" will briefly describe (and preferably also provide a human voice and illustration) the essence of "what" and "how" they should proceed during the most important steps of their voting process. The initial specification of these stages (steps) in the voting program described here should include stages {D} to {K}, discussed here and below. The author's goals for programming the individual steps of the program encompassing these stages include, among others, the following.
{D1} Granting a given user a vote in the currently running voting. After opening the "initial user guide screen" - i.e. the screen that appears immediately after launching and entering the program discussed here, the user is briefly instructed to locate itself on the list of citizens eligible to voting. This should be able to be done quickly in one of four different ways, namely:
{1D1} By providing the electing program with the voter name and address.
{2D1} By providing the electing program with the voter PESEL number.
{3D1} By providing the election program with their unique email address. This address does NOT have to contain or disclose their name or any other personal information. However, it must be unique to them. This means that the email address can only be used as a voter ID if it is NOT used by anyone else for voting - i.e., only if it correctly identifies a single voter.
{4D1} By creating and providing the election program with a "pseudonym" for themselves, which a given voter will adopt and use in this election, to ensure that information about "how" or "who" they voted for will NOT be known to anyone other than themselves. The pseudonym they create for themselves, the voting program discussed here, will first compare in the pseudonym list to see if anyone else is using it. Then, along with the vote they are entitled to cast for their chosen candidate, this pseudonym will be listed on the list of voters for that candidate they have chosen. This ensures that each voter can repeatedly verify after the election that the vote is included in the votes for their chosen candidate, and therefore that it counts in the election. Furthermore, if any errors or manipulations occur, the matter will be investigated and the reliability of the system restored after reporting, for example, that their vote has disappeared.
{E} Familiarizing the voter with the list of candidates nominated for a given ballot. This overview will be briefly summarized by clicking on the candidate list icon, and can be presented in more detail by clicking to display full descriptions of each candidate.
{F} Casting a vote for the selected candidate. The user will cast their vote by clicking the vote icon. After clicking this icon, the program will summarize everything the user has done up to that point, including their name and address, PESEL (Personal Identification Number), email address (if provided), and pseudonym (if used). It will also repeat the details of the candidate the user is voting for, and inform the user that this information will be repeated in step {J} below in a form that the user can print or save to a folder on their own computer.
{G} Verifying whether a user's vote for a given candidate is actually already on the list of votes cast for that candidate. This check summarizes all votes already cast for that candidate and allows users to view the list of those who have already cast their votes, helping them find their name, PESEL number, email address, or pseudonym on the list of votes already cast. This vote should remain documented there for at least the next three terms, allowing for future appeals and vote corrections if anyone raises any concerns or objections.
{H} Possible correction of voter errors or mistakes. This is similar to the optional "cancellation procedure" described at the end of {C} above, but programmed as a separate stage of the voting program - which the user can activate or skip at any stage during a given voting period. For example, it can invalidate a vote already cast and allow the entire voting process to be repeated, but for a different candidate - although it must be used before the voting end date and time.
{I} An optional pause stage in the voting process. This stage will only be used by users who, for some reason (e.g. to get someone’s advice or private opinion about a given candidate), need to interrupt their already advanced voting and resume it after a while. This stage will save data on the user's voting progress on their computer (e.g. in a specially created folder), allowing them to continue voting from that point onward. Continuing the interrupted voting will be enabled as the second part of this pause stage.
{J} Sending the voter a confirmation of their vote for a given candidate. This confirmation should be in the form of a document ready to be printed on a given computer, or ready to be saved as a folder (file) stored on the user's computer. This document should document (i.e., repeat) all steps and processes {M1}, choices {G}, and data {F} that each voter performed or entered during the voting session using the program discussed here and recorded in the "database and results" for a given government term.
{K} Ending the voting. This stage concludes the use of the program discussed here. After its launch, all temporary data generated by the voter in order to vote will be deleted, except for the vote they cast and the ID associated with that vote (which will be saved in the "database and results"), and the program will be ready to be used again for a next voting.

{L} Let us now discuss the advantages of this "electing program" and the benefits that will accrue to the person who voluntarily prepare this program, as well as to the country that will also voluntarily implement it to implement its own elections. I will describe these advantages and benefits below in numbered sub-items {L1} to {L6}. First, however, let me remind here the essence of the previous report that I published in blog #396E and in item #G1 of my web page "love.htm". This report revealed that for any improvement to turn out to be "adding" and effective, it typically must be motivated by some version of generally understood "love". After all, only some version of "love" supplies the motivations of the person implementing this improvement with the energies of "God Drobinas". At the same time, these "God Drobinas" are carriers of inspiration, intentions, and the driving "moral energy" assigned by God to those who earned it. If there is NO version of such "love" motivating improvement, then there is NO circulation of that ever-moving "moral energy" best known by the Chinese as "chi", which, among other things, also sustains the life of the "byt" called "love" that drives and properly directs one's actions. Hence, without the love-driven flow of this "moral energy" carried by the ever-moving "God Drobinas" no "byt" is capable of producing "adding fruit". One of the best confirmations of this truth is the story of the wise 140-year-old Abraham and his approximately 20-year-old second wife, Keturah - full of energy and vitality. In the Bible, this story is described in verses 25:1-4 from the Book of Genesis, and in verses 1:32 and following, from the Book of Chronicles. Their legacy and influence on our civilization is best described, for example, in a 35:18-minute video from the address: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7iylx5Rr-og (other videos about that groundbreaking marriage for the Earth can be found, for example, by using the command https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Keturah+and+Abraham ). After all, it was that marriage that fulfilled God's intention to populate with active, creative and progressive people most of the then almost empty parts of the present Middle East, which at that time were inhabited by passive, inactive, lazy and afraid of change and progress people with characteristics similar to the ancient version of the characteristics of the majority of today's humanity described in the "motto" of this report #397E. This is because of the presence of these "subtractive traits" in these passive people, that God decided to combine Abraham's experience, knowledge, and wisdom with the voluntary energy of learning and improvement represented by young Keturah, so that with inspiration from God, they could together revitalize and energize humanity, which was increasingly falling into stagnation and lacking motivation for improvement. After leading their efforts to success, God then wisely, farsightedly, and forepredictably encoded these guidelines into a series of distinct Bible verses, providing people with the "know-how" knowledge to implement similar success in the future by maintaining historical knowledge of the fruits of combining a man's wisdom-crowned maturity with the energy of his wife's youth. After all, when subsequent periods of decline and stagnation begin to plague Earth's civilization once again, this historical knowledge may prove to be the "spark" that renews the entire humanity. In fact, this "spark" survived until my youth, although to this day the "powers of evil" managed to hide it and almost completely extinguish it. In times of my youth, a phenomenon was widely known, the knowledge about which has survived since the times of Abraham, and which can be defined in the following words: "God the more blesses with children that are characterized by a higher intelligence - sometimes even bordering on 'genius', if the greater is the age difference in the marriage between the young wife and the older husband, and if the older is the husband: but only when a given marriage faithfully serves God and if neither the husband nor the younger wife has any destructive karma to pay off". This transfer of experience, wisdom, energy, and character traits of the parents in the memory of the "souls" of newborns is additionally increased by the tendency of the older father to focus the most attention on raising his children. I know about this phenomenon very well, because it was often talked about in our family, and it actually worked for us. Even when, after graduating from the Wrocław University of Science and Technology, I was already working as a scientist at ITBM, we often discussed this very phenomenon in there among our colleagues working at that I-24. Empirical evidence also confirms its actual action. I will back this up with examples. Below, I'll briefly reiterate three of what I consider the most representative examples of such evidence, which I selected from the large number that AI celled "CzatGPT" found for me in its data centres. And so, in item {2#G1} of my blog #396E and the web page "love.htm", I write about the famous painter Pablo Picasso. He famously was in love with young women. Few people know, however, that at his age of 68, his wife, Françoise Gilot, who was 40 years younger than him and was then 28, gave birth to his daughter: Paloma Picasso. This daughter, Paloma, turned out to be a true genius - although, like most geniuses, typically unappreciated. She became known as a fashion designer and businesswoman. However, genius and fame typically rarely walk the same paths. Albert Einstein, on the other hand, achieved great fame, although he was born at the age of 31 of his father, Hermann Einstein, and 21 of his mother, Pauline Koch - when the age difference between them was only 10 years. Although Jesus cannot be judged by human criteria, because His genetics were carefully designed by God Himself. But it is also worth knowing on the basis of historical consensus and ancient cultural traditions, that at the time of Jesus' birth, his biological mother, Mary, was between 12 and 15 years old, while his biological father, Joseph, who raised him, is estimated to have been between 60 and 70 years old. Also in many other families, the work of this phenomenon have indeed been confirmed.
Here is a list of the most important advantages and benefits of the "election program" described here:
{L1} Multi-layered protection against interference by those attempting to manipulate election results. It is well known that one of the moves of the "powers of evil" is to manipulate results so that their agents and easily controllable human helpers are elected. Many stories and jokes circulate in today's world about manipulating election results using traditional voting recorded on paper ballots. Some of them, which I learned about in my "globetrotting", claim, for example, that in the evenings at the end of election day, just before the results are counted, the power suddenly goes out at polling places. When the electricity is restored, several previously unseen ballot boxes containing votes are found in the polling station, all of which vote for only one candidate. The electoral commission, however, is obligated to count all the votes, including those from these previously unseen ballot boxes. Other stories claim that nearly 200% of eligible voters voted for a given candidate. Still others encourage people to attend a meeting with a specific candidate, as each arrived person receives a 100-dollar banknote. There are also those that tell of buses full of foreigners with local IDs standing in front of polling stations to ensure their passengers vote for a specific candidate. Etc., etc. As different examples of manipulation, consider situations where, during voting, the person issuing your vote, instead of simply removing you from the list of eligible voters, additionally writes something that looks like your voting list number on your ballot, or writes something that looks like your vote number on the list of eligible voters. These numbers are important, for example, in situations where electoral districts have unequal populations, which are larger or smaller depending on historical knowledge of the parties for which their residents usually vote. In other words, by using paper ballots, voting is NOT at all secure against manipulation, although the "forces of evil" claim it is supposedly more secure than computerized voting, for the simple reason that computerized voting programs are more secure against manipulation than paper ballots. For example, in the program described in the above specification, this multi-level protection against interference by those trying to manipulate election results is achieved in the following ways.
{1L1} The protection of the "database and results" of a given voting from manipulation in a much better and more difficult-to-crack manner than the protections for paper ballots described above. After all, in paper voting, it only takes a few such helpers to turn off the lights and/or produce additional results to secretly change the results. Whereas (as I will explain below) to cheat the results in the program described here would require the use of expensive specialists who could deceive almost everyone participating in a given vote - any one of which participants could easily verify the accuracy of the results.
{2L1} Imposing passwords on voting. Depending on the level of risk of voting manipulation, these passwords can be applied to just one stage of the voting process, for example, to the component of the program discussed here from subsection {3A3} that assigns a vote to the eligible voter, or additionally, with different passwords, to the subsequent components {2A4} and {4A4} of this program. This security measure alone will significantly hinder manipulation of election results.
{3L1} Allowing voters to verify whether their vote appears in the "database and results" of this voting as cast for the candidate they remember and have recorded on the final printout from stage {J} that they actually voted for. After all, if their vote disappears or is transferred to another person, each voter with their printout from stage {J} would have the ability to raise an alarm, which would trigger an investigation to determine the causes of such disappearance. This would help detect any attempts to manipulate the results.
{4L1} Adding a special algorithm from {G} so that the voting program will summarize the number of votes cast for individual candidates and compare them with the number of eligible voters who cast their votes in a given election. Such a system, which automatically calculates both sides of the voting, will immediately detect any manipulation, even if it occurs with just a single vote. Furthermore, it will NOT only raise an alarm but also indicate who, and which one, of the votes, were used to manipulate the results.
{5L1} Allowing each voter to vote anonymously - while maintaining previous checks from {1L1} to {4L1}. Each voter can do so using either a fictional pseudonym or email. Such anonymous voting will NOT only hinder potential attempts to manipulate the results, but also increase the chances that votes will actually be cast for the candidates they really by themselves chose. In open voting, where "who voted for whom" is detectable, the "forces of evil" always have the ability to find some means of manipulation. An example, from the introduction to this {L1}, is changing electoral district boundaries to ones whose residents increase the chances of electing some candidates while decreasing the chances of others. Another example of manipulation is sending thank-you letters and encouragement to voters who voted for a given candidate, which encourage voters to vote again in the same way - which is also a form of result manipulation.
{6L1} Maintaining all documentation from a given voting (i.e., the database and results) for several subsequent government terms, instead of hastily burning, for example, paper ballots to prevent the discovery of any evidence of manipulation. This documentation will ensure that, in the event of fraud, it will be possible to detect by "who" and "how" the results were manipulated in subsequent years. Such detection, in turn, will allow for possible improvements to electoral programs that will eliminate the possibility of such fraud.
{L2} Enabling the program described in this specification to be used also for elections in traditional democracies - which have so far effectively resisted improvements. This advantage of the program described here will gradually convince voters to implement totaliztic improvements to democracy idea as a whole, thus saving humanity and the Earth from impending self-inflicted destruction.
{L3} An increase in the overall morality of human civilization, driven by the understanding that solely by motivating one's actions with a generally understood "love" is it possible to form "byts" that bear "adding fruit". This, in turn, is to lead to the understanding that wars and destruction forced upon people by the "powers of evil", based on the opposites of "love" (e.g., based on hatred, envy, greed, etc.), lead only to suffering, lack of progress, death, and the possibility of self-inflicted destruction - a brink of which our civilization is now experiencing.
{L4} To demonstrate to those who decide to generate electing programs, which operate according to the specification described here, that with the help of AI even single individuals can voluntarily create perfectly functioning programs for any application even having for this a "zero-dollar budget". In turn, these individuals' successes will grant them a high level of expertise in using AI and international recognition for their programming, and also will provide them with the confidence that the improvements proposed by my philosophy of totalizm are necessary and highly beneficial to humanity. Furthermore, by making even minor improvements to the "electing program" described in this specification, readers who program this specification will further develop their own creative abilities to improve both the software they create and the democracy of the country in which they live. Hence, they uplift the level of democracy on which their own "well-being" depends, as well as the future of any other creative projects they undertake.
{L5} Awakening nations lulled to sleep by the passivity and inaction of their elites. This awakening would motivate people to implement improvements in these democracies, which threaten to collapse into tyranny, as well as to develop moral requirements that all rulers on Earth should necessarily meet. The goal of implementing these improvements and requirements would be to save all of humanity and the Earth from the self-inflicted destruction we have almost reached due to the lack of improvements and the failure to implement morally correct behaviour among those in power, whom the elites have entrusted with a dangerous level of power.
{L6} Removing the shackles from, and releasing so-called "collective wisdom" into the wild, so it is to work for the good of a given country through implementing this improved version of democracy. I know that due to the decline in intelligence, the reason for which I explained in "Group 1" from the motto of this #397E, in present times humanity does NOT recognize so-called "collective wisdom", as contributing higher qualities than so-called "individual wisdom". However, I still remember the times of my youth, when folk knowledge was treating the "collective wisdom" with outmost respect. Back then, the logic was commonly accepted that the more people participated in making a decision, the wiser the decision and the more favourable its results. Nowadays, that folk belief already has scientific confirmation in the form of a phenomenon called "Emergence" - which I strongly believe is the direct carrier of the superior wisdom of God Himself. I describe this emergence, and provide link to further descriptions of it, in my aforementioned blog #391E and also in this report #397E wherever I referred to the blog #391E. The memory of those ancient beliefs, about the superiority of collective wisdom, still survives in proverbs till today - for example, consider the English proverb stating "two heads are better than one" This proverb can be translated into Polish as "co dwie głowy to NIE jedna" - which almost everyone understands that it emphasizes "collective wisdom". This proverb can be searched for both English and Polish on Google and YouTube, for example, using commands https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=two+heads+are+better+than+one or https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=co+dwie+głowy+to+NIE+jedna . Of course, many nations have their own proverbs that also emphasize the existence and importance of "collective wisdom". For example, the Spanish have the proverb "cuatro ojos ven más que dos" which translates to "four eyes see more than two". Ethiopia has a proverb: "When spider webs unite, they can tie up a lion". In turn, verse 15:22 in the "Book of Proverbs" of the Bible informs: "Without counsel, the wise destroy; where there are many counsellors, they succeed". So God's rewarding the use of collective wisdom is therefore also wisely encoded in the Bible. For example, note also the predominant use of the plural in the verses of the "Book of Wisdom" when it refers to those ones who seek or use wisdom. Or compare the similarity of the message of verse 4:9 from the "Book of Ecclesiastes" with the above English proverb. Moreover, the above collection of facts explained in this {L6} reveals also, that the immense superiority of "collective wisdom" over "individual wisdom" is actually confirmed by all the most important "three witnesses", and thus its existence and role represent the so-called "absolute truth" as it exactly is defined by Totalizm. After all, for the "collective wisdom" these "3 witnesses" are: (1) the revealed above its confirmation by the "emergence" theory; supported by (2) empirical folk knowledge about the existence of this wisdom, expressed, for example, in many proverbs; and supported by (3) its wise emphasis of its encoding in the Bible. Note also that the improved version of democracy I am describing here fully utilizes all the advantages of "collective wisdom" in making decisions that serve to generate the good of a given country or community. Therefore, it is not worth even comparing the effects of using this wisdom to the decisions of individual rulers. Especially since these days, those in power increasingly surround themselves only with "yes-men," and NOT with actual "advisors", that is, with people who have developed an actual and much higher-than-typical level of wisdom and life experience.
{M} It is also worth honestly reveal the flaws of the "election program" discussed here and propose ways in which these flaws could be removed. Engineering experience, as well as my philosophy of totalizm, warns that everything that exists in our "world of matter" has its "advantages" representing its "good", and also has "flaws" representing "evil" that are the energetic opposite of its advantages. My philosophy of totalizm also informs, for example, in blog #283E and in item #A2.11 from the web page "totalizm.htm", that in order to eliminate "flaws" existing in a material product, one must combine its operation with the operation of some different product, one of whose energy poles will counteract the emergence of these flaws. Through such a combination of the operation of two different products, one obtains, for example, the principles of counteraction operation of so-called "free energy generators", in ancient times called "perpetual motion machines" or "perpetuum mobile". For an example of this kind of "perpetual motion" operation, see the construction of a pump in which water suction is maintained indefinitely by the gravity of the volume of water already sucked in. Such a pump is demonstrated in the 12:02-minute video "Drawing Water from a Well Without a Pump or Electricity, a Brilliant Innovation", available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZab9OvSzJU , and further videos about this pump can be found, for example, at https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=free+water+pump . In turn, the "free electricity generator", which I invented a long time ago and whose operating principle is also based on the principle of counteraction discussed above near blog #283E, is described in detail on my web page called "fe_cell.htm". The same principle can also be used to eliminate the flaws of the "election program" described here. However, it needs to be translated into concepts in the area of computer programming and computer science. So, let's discuss, in subsections, the most glaring shortcomings of the program discussed here, along with ways to eliminate them.
{M1} The complicated operation of the election program that cause resulting difficulties in its use - especially by older people. Note that this drawback is easily eliminated in the method described below, which involves executing a whole group of simple programs using the same "database and results". However, for two reasons, I have NOT prepared specifications for preparation of such a group of simple programs that would replace the complex program described here. The first reason is that it would extend the already very long and labour-intensive descriptions of this program contained in a publication such as this. The second reason is that with the specification described here, I am attempting to further reveal the operation and benefits of the improvement of democracy that my totalizm proposes to implement to save our entire civilization from destruction.
So how can we eliminate this drawback {M1}? It can be eliminated, for example, if, instead of creating one very complex program, a whole group of programs is created, but all of them use the same "database for data and for results". Through this group of programs, each specific function of the above program would be performed by a separate, simple program. This means that the entire group of these programs would have to consist of at least separate programs performing the following functions and election processes:
{1M1} self-reporting by seven-person teams of their willingness to put forward their teams' candidacies for the elections of seven-person governments for the next term - these teams would have to prove in writing that they consist of volunteers with high expertise required to solve the country's problems and to implement their solutions;
{2M1} voting to select the most professionally promising candidates from the registered teams to govern;
{3M1} Programs of processes reported to the "database of data and results" either by candidates for election to governments, or by already elected 7-person governments, or by the King/Queen of the country or by the "Verification Office" (e.g. supplying the database of the voting program described here with standard descriptions of the qualifications and achievements of individual candidates for governments, or supplying the database with "know-how" explanations of each of the 7-person governments as well as "in what time" and "at what cost" it will implement the solution to a given problem of the country reported by the country to be solved), programs counting votes and indicating candidates who won the elections, etc.;
{4M1} registering by individual citizens of a given country of a set of problems affecting the entire nation and country that require and are expected to be solved;
{5M1} the voting by all citizens on selecting these ones of the reported problems that require the most urgent solution;
{6M1} the voting to approve the allocation of implementations of solutions to particular problems by governments that have prepared the most appropriate implementation plans in the eyes of the nation;
{7M1} the vote allocating to individual governments the amount of "discretionary credits" received for the overall quality of their implementations.
{M2} This program is written for governments that do NOT yet exist. Therefore, there is no one to support or fund its creation. So it can only be programmed by an unpaid volunteer operating on a "zero-dollar budget".
So how to eliminate these drawbacks {M2}? When the improvement of democracy proposed by totalizm and described here is to be implemented, this drawback {M2} will eliminate itself. However, before this happens, it is to depend on finding volunteers, who will carry out such a program on a "złoty or dollar budget" whether they will either accelerate and facilitate with their work the implementation of the improvement of democracy proposed by totalizm, or whether our entire civilization (including people who could prepare such a program, as well as their loved ones) will simply cease to exist, destroyed by a self-inflicted cataclysm that already was almost triggered on Earth recently, and which cataclysm was already triggered many times in the past of our planet - e.g. see {7#E1} from blog #394E, blogs #387E, #383E to #381E, or {2#D1} from #377E, and several other blogs. (Notice from the summary of the "specification" presented at beginning that according to outcomes of unofficial research, our present civilisation seems to be seventh in turn which populated our planet and then blown-out itself completely from the existence.)
{M3} The eventual preparation of this program by volunteers and on a "zero-dollar budget". This means that it will NOT be adequately tested, and that even its easily repairable flaws will NOT be addressed. However, it is important to note that all programs are plagued by flaws, and therefore, their removal requires continued improvement for as long as these programs are in use.
So how can this flaw {M3} be eliminated? Because the source code of this program is to be available, further volunteers can undertake testing and refinement of this program, honing their own expertise through these activities. Alternatively, subsequent governments of already refined democracies, elected by the people through such programs to govern in their subsequent terms, will also repeatedly eliminate the flaws.
{M4} At the beginning of its existence, the program discussed here will probably NOT have a version for mobile phones, which is much more difficult to program.
So how can we eliminate this {M4} flaw? After the first version of this program, programmed by a volunteer, is released and its source code is revealed, perhaps a volunteer will be found who, with the help of AI, will also reprogram this code into cell phones. Alternatively, once the improvement of democracy described here is implemented on Earth, one of the first tasks undertaken by the competing seven-person governments will likely be to prepare a voting program similar to the one described here.

The decision which problems are to be eliminated most urgently could be voted using for voting such "electing program" used in own computer of voter with the co-participation of every citizen of the country entitled to honourably take part in these elections and in making the most important decisions concerning their country.
