If you want peace, get ready for war, so being moral you perhaps know the Polish proverb that "God guards the guarded ones" (in the Polish language: "strzeżonego Pan Bóg strzeże"). COVID-19 is an example of how quickly the 2030s may come in which your survival will depend on morality and prudence in preparing for what is slowly becoming inevitable. The following article is the third part of the publication which, together with Professor Jan Pająk, I prepared as part of the survival knowledge necessary in the potential years of the collapse of human civilization in the 2030s. Details of this collapse are presented in the Polish-language online film "Zagłada Ludzkości 2030" (meaning: "The Great Purification of 2030s").
The presented below in items A to C descriptions on how to obtain the resources necessary for living from nature is only a kind of guidepost. It should be remembered that no description will ever be accurate and only training and our experience can allow us to survive without access to the modern achievements of civilization. The food, water and herbs described here are just some of the elements necessary for survival. Only reading the entire publications on the post-apocalyptic backpack (the Polish post #300 to blogs of totalizm), camouflage rules (post #314E), and most importantly the principles of moral laws that we must obey (Bible, Totalizm) will help us to survive. I encourage readers to familiarize themselves with all the publications of Professor Jan Pająk, in which all this he summarized on his web pages - e.g. named "totalizm.htm". This will allow a holistic overview of the situation of our civilization and its potential future.
A good example of what lies ahead is the current COVID-19 pandemic. Each of us is witnessing how quickly the old world can end. Despite the fact that we still have something to eat and tap water is still available, wise people are able to draw conclusions from what is currently happening in the economy and in the nations of the modern world. How many of us, dear reader, will now draw conclusions from this event, will reflect on whether we have the knowledge and resources that would allow us to experience a similar event in the future. God, and the nature He created, always allows us to see the signs of an impending storm. Let everyone answer for himself what he will do after the current pandemic has ended. How it will be in the coming months, none of us are sure. The pandemic continues and the leaders of the present world are asking themselves in what will end such a large economic collapse for our civilization. The following publication is especially for those who draw conclusions from the global situation created by the COVID-19 pandemic. Current events have made us aware of how uncertain is the based on "money" modern system of economy, social rights, access to resources and jobs. Do you still, dear reader, not notice that the current world has adopted a disastrous direction of development. Today, all we can contrive is to multiply the problems we create. On TV, politicians accuse each other, but very few of them present effective solutions that would improve our situation. Therefore, according to the old Roman saying that peace ensures proper preparation for war, I encourage you to read the following and other available articles of totalizm. There is a good chance that the knowledge presented in these publications can save your lives and these of other people.
The following publication assumes acting in the event of a sudden lack of access to the current achievements of civilization. Such an event can come at any time. Let us just imagine the lack of electricity due to war, riots, or plague. Lack of electricity means no access to: running water, shops, to our "plastic money" on payment cards, elevators, heating our homes, electric or gas stoves, transport, the possibility of using health care facilities, conducting night rescue operations, etc. So we see that only a lack of electricity in one second brings our civilization back to the Middle Ages. This publication was subdivided into three thematic areas. Obtaining (A) water, (B) food, and (C) rules for conducting rescue operations in the field.
A. WATER
A1. Whenever you are afraid that access to water from mains is to stop, try to fill all available tanks with it. These can be empty bottles, bath tub, plastic bags. You can always use this water, while in the event of a natural disaster it is an essential resource for you. If you have a detached house, build a permanent water tank in your garden. It can even be just a pond with fish, barrel. This tank will always hold a lot more water than you can accumulate inside an apartment or house.
A2. Water reservoirs from nature may be difficult to access. Never drink water from such reservoirs unless you know it is clean and uncontaminated. Such water should be filtered. If you do not have a travel filter or water purification tablets then follow the procedure below.
Near the water tank at a distance of 2 m, dig a hole that must be deeper than the water surface. Wait for the water to seep into the dug hole through the soil. Collect sediment and dirt from the surface. Fill the bottle with this water. Construct a simple filter. Cut out the bottom of e.g. a plastic bottle, turn it downwards. At the height of the cork, fill it with a piece of material. Then cover it with sand, then with charcoal you can burn in the fire. A deciduous tree, e.g. birch or maple, is best suited for this. The last layer is gravel. Filter the previously obtained water through such a filter. Boil the filtered water. The water thus obtained is suitable for drinking. Remember that a home-made filter is not as effective as an industrially manufactured filter. However, learn how to construct such makeshift filters. They will minimize the risk of poisoning. Activated carbon will always be the most important element of the filter set. You can get rid of viruses and bacteria by cooking previously filtered water. Never drink water directly from nature, as in times of the collapse of civilization any serious poisoning can dehydrate your body and cause death.
A3. Collect rainwater. If there are dusts in the air that may be associated with chemical or radioactive pollution - use the filter described in item A2. Examples of how to prepare a makeshift structure for collecting rainwater are provided on the web page of Totalizm named "woda_uk.htm".
A4. In winter, you can get water from snow or ice. Remember, however, to choose the snow that stays away from any pollution. Do not use snow from the surface itself, it usually stays long and is exposed to precipitation of various dusts and chemical pollution. After melting, apply the filter from item A2. Remember: always drink boiled water. Only mountain spring water taken directly from the source has the chance to maintain adequate bacterial purity.
A5. Obtain water from plants. A number of plants, especially in the early spring, contain large amounts of healthy fresh water. Water also evaporates from their leaves, while on cool nights a plastic bag tied around a branch can condensate their evaporation. You can also get tree juice in the spring from birch or maple. Remember that this juice will only be available in spring before the tree get leaves. On the Internet you will find many videos on how to get birch juice. The easiest way is to drill a hole at a height of 1 m into which we introduce a straw. The tree's juice will drip from this straw. Remember that the tree juice is to be extracted only from trees whose trunk is not less than 10 cm in diameter. In a warm climate, you can get water from some types of vines and coconuts - see the totaliztic web page named "fruit.htm".
A6. Learn to save water. You don't necessarily have to use it for washing dishes, etc., during its shortages. Always evaluate how much you need for drinking, then for hygiene, and only what is left you can use for other purposes. During the collapse of civilization, your access to water will be cyclical. This may be due to both the terrain you travel and climatic conditions. However, the cleanliness of the available water intakes will cause the most of your problems. It should be assumed that most rivers and lakes will become biologically and chemically poisoned in a short time. Good examples of how this might look like are stories from besieged Serbian cities during the Civil War. One of the witnesses of these events describes that despite the fact that a large river flowed through the city, it was impossible to use its water. First of all, in the initial stage of the war, it was there that hostile armies were hunting local people. After a few weeks, when the fighting stopped, the river was covered with piles of floated bodies, which turned it into a fetid sewage.
A7. In a dramatic situation, when you do not have access to water, limit its loss from the body, do not overheat the body, travel at night, remember that even your own urine is a source of fluid. Remember that when drinking water during its shortage, you need to be moderate, as quickly drunk water will sweat faster by the body. Whenever the circumstances are right, prepare a transportable water supply. In the absence of water, always evaluate how long your body will be able to function without drinking liquids. It is very important that you are able to determine in a timely manner what priorities you currently have to implement. Surely this priority is to keep your body in good shape. Control your dehydration - just stretch the skin on your hand. The slower it will go back to its original position, the more dehydrated your body is.
A8. Don't underestimate the effects of dehydration. Remember that faster than from hunger you will die because of lack of water. So follow the rule: first liquids, then calories, and finally sleep.
B. FOOD
B1. You should always have at home food for at least a few days. Counting on the fact that shops will be open every day is a mistake. Learn what types of food are suitable for long-term storage, e.g. rice, cereal, pasta, salt, sugar, rusks, canned food - these are one of the types of products that even after a few years can still be a valuable source of calories. If you decide to have some food in your home, always choose products with a long shelf life and those that are on your menu every day. This will allow you to constantly rotate the freshness of your food products, as you can always supplement them with new purchases by eating supplies. There are numerous prepping videos on the YouTube, watch such movies and you'll find a lot of expert advice on how preppers are preparing for hard times. Remember that your preparation will depend on many conditions and financial resources at your disposal, but even the smallest security in this regard will give you more time in relation to other people who have not done anything in this direction. If you already have some food and this is in larger quantities than in the average family, don't brag about that. There is a chance that there will be a bad person among the listeners who will want to take them away from you by force. Also remember that supplies need storage, there is a good chance that you will have to escape from the area, and you will not be able to take your supplies with you. If you are already accumulating supplies, focus more on the so-called "barrels of survival". They are small plastic barrels for groceries. In these barrels, in the area in which we intend to survive, we bury accumulated reserves of long-term food. We can always dig them out and take advantage of the calories we have accumulated in this way. Remember that food buried in the ground must be at least 1.3 meters deep. It is so to avoid too much temperature difference between winter and summer. In Poland, the soil freezing zone is around 1.2-1.4 meters. However, do not believe in your supplies that only they will let you survive. Food supplies are just one of the key elements of preppering which only when combined with other elements of the survival will create a better chance for you to survive. An experienced prepper will always answer that the key to survival is skills, the people around us, tools including weapons, medical and hygiene products, and finally food supplies.
B2. Nature offers many opportunities for obtaining food, one of them is the primary activity of hunting. If you have the right tools like a bow, weapon, you can always hunt a pigeon or other animal. Remember, however, that others will do the same in the first period of scarcity. For your hunting area, choose the most remote areas due to the greater chance of success and your safety from other people looking for food. Remember, however, that hunting is a skill, if you think you will be able to hunt an animal without any knowledge about the habits of a given animal, about the terrain in which it occurs and about the rules that you must apply to approach it closely enough, your plans are only dreams about an exceptional luck. During the collapse of civilization, animals will also be rare. In my life I often had the opportunity to mingle with wildlife. In our memories, we record the most those days when this nature showed its wealth. Our fishing was abundant, the hunt was successful. However, looking at the statistics of all expeditions, only less than 5-10% of them were actually successful.
B3. Collect edible plants. There are many plants in nature, such as pigweed, nettle, sorrel, meadow clover, forest clover, dandelion, birch leaves, grazing grass (low), yarrow, etc. If you know where to find them and how to identify them, all these plants are good to eat. But if you still haven't learn about them, then urgently search for their names on Google, learn to recognize them, and then train how to find them and identify in the field. To be able to consume them, you only need to collect them beforehand, wash them from dust, chop and boil. The finer you dismember a plant, the easier your stomach will be able to digest it. The vegetable soup prepared in this way is excellent food. There are many species of these plants everywhere. To learn to recognize them, it's best to read several books about local edible plants. Remember that the season is also decisive for whether a plant is edible, e.g. spruce needles are edible only from new spring growths, as well as birch leaves. From some types of grass seeds, you can get a flour substitute after grinding. When you learn to prepare primitive dishes: the aforementioned soup made of wild plants, flatbreads made of flour obtained from the mentioned grass seeds baked even on a regular stone, fry meat without fat, dry or smoke it, you will be able to survive. The dishes mentioned above will provide you with all the necessary nutrients, minerals, carbohydrates and protein.
B4. Catching fish is a simple and safe way to obtain protein. You can fish with a fishing rod and traps. If you do not have any of these tools, remember that you can catch fish by hand - it only requires a lot of patience and waiting for the moment when it will come near our immobile hands. This skill is especially important if there are water reservoirs such as rivers, lakes, ponds close to the area where you intend to survive. Remember that fishing is not a simple skill. You should know the rules in advance how, where and for what bait you can catch a fish. Virtually anyone can fish, but only practice and knowledge of how it goes in the field will allow you to get food in this way. If you fail to master this skill, remember how to make a simple fish trap. Dig a small pond next to the water in which the fish are then connect it to the water through a small channel. If there are small fish (fry) in this water, it will definitely flow into your excavated small pond. Then you will be able to cut off the fish escape route and thus get food. You won't catch a lot of fish this way, but in difficult times every calorie is valuable.
B5. Learn to trap. In the period of peace, this practice is most immoral and not legal, but in times of hunger will allow you to increase the chance of survival. Snares were founded by trappers and partisans. This way of hunting allows you to capture animals in many locations at the same time. Remember, however, that hunting with snares is not always moral because it involves the suffering of animals. So use this technique only during great hunger, where you must choose your life or the life of an animal. How to set a snare is best to learn from videos and publications that describe the life of the Amazon tribes, Aborigines, or peoples living in the north of the globe, e.g. in Greenland, Siberia.
B6. Master the art of smoking and drying meat, vegetables and fruit. Remember that even if you hunt an animal, very often you will not be able to eat it whole, while without a fridge and preservatives your meat or collected fruits, after a few days will not be suitable for consumption. The easiest way that Indian peoples use is smoking or just drying the finely chopped slices of meat, fruit, plants. The thinner they are, resembling the tree-like leaves, the faster they dry. If you this type of food salt earlier, it will be edible for a long time. If you smoke meat, throw juniper branches into the fire. Juniper is bacteriostatic and easily preserves meat.
B7. Grow vegetables while staying in the area for a long time. Remember that even potatoes planted in the forest saved more than one guerrilla from hunger during World War II. So we can plant a number of plants, especially vegetables, in various isolated places. They can grow there without our constant supervision. Even if we lose a few crops that are eaten by animals or other hungry people, some of them will still grow and let us satisfy our hunger. This type of food acquisition is also associated with the ability to obtain seeds. It is not difficult, for example, while eating tomato, cucumber, pumpkins, we often throw away the middle part, and that's where the seeds are located.
B8. Reading a book about edible plants in a given climatic zone, for example about: spruce shoots, forest clover, calamus root, water stick, birch leaves, forest berries, blueberries, wild strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, bird cherry, black elderberry, pigweed, plantain, etc., try to locate the places where they occur. Certainly, the area where you intend to survive is large enough that there are many places where you will find these plants. You cannot waste time looking for such places during hunger. The purpose of the article is not to accurately describe every edible plant in the world, but dear reader, remember regardless of what part of the world you always live in, local residents can tell you what is edible, what time of year it is available in nature, and how to find such a plant or mushroom. B9. Learn to recognize edible mushrooms and to distinguish them from poisonous mushrooms similar to them. After all, in the autumn you will find mushrooms in the meadows, mushrooms called "macrolepiota procera" on roadsides, while in the forests porcini mushrooms, boletus mushrooms, chanterelles, suillus mushrooms, lactarius deliciosus, honey fungus, oyster mushrooms (pleurotus ostreatus) and a lot of other tasty and healthy edible mushrooms. Many of them can be eaten even raw, some require baking or cooking. An excellent feature of mushrooms is the possibility of drying, which facilitates storage even for winter.
B10. Insects, snails, earthworms, frogs and snakes are one of the many sources of protein during hunger. Remember that nature in the divine foresight of creation has been shaped so that poisonous insects or snails have sharp deterrent colours (similarly to plants). This morality in the world of plants and animals allows them to warn other creatures of the risk of poisoning. Do not eat such animals, plants, if you are not sure that they are not poisonous. A good solution is to read at least one book about the cuisine of the medieval poor. It was these dishes that saved the poor from hunger. For example, the habit of eating frogs and snails by French, was born during the French Revolution. It was then that hungry masses learned to eat frogs' legs and snails, which were an excellent source of protein. In turn, in Poland during World War II, during the famine, people ate houseflies fried (disinfected) on a hot tray. Dear reader, please note that even then hunting a deer or wild boar was not an easy matter despite the fact that there were many more of these animals in nature than today. A large animal during hunger is also a type of pantry for people who manage a given area. For example, during the Nazi occupation, in Poland poaching was punishable by death. Remember that snails or earthworms are easiest to find after rain or at night.
B11. Save calories during hunger, remember that increased effort, cold and not properly clad body increase energy demand. Learn how your body works so that you know on time what's wrong with it. Remember that man freezes from his feet, and sleep in the frost is your greatest enemy. Saving calories is not meant to constantly starve you, but to provide your body with calories and minerals so that only as little as possible it uses the fat reserves it has.
B12. Never eat abandoned food, but always check if it is spoiled or especially poisoned. Always smell this food and taste it. You can do this by eating a small amount and observing the body's response. Keep charcoal ready, preferably birch, which will allow you to detoxify your digestive system quickly. If poisoning is confirmed, try to rinse your stomach by drinking large amounts of water and forcing yourself to vomit. Also remember that often food that has been abandoned is an ambush or an example of the fact that the person who consumed it earlier poisoned himself. The food you will find and which you can eat will usually be individual products in abandoned apartments or warehouses.
B13. You will constantly be looking for food during hunger. If you love animals you can have a dog. A properly trained dog will be able to track food caches faster and more efficiently. You will also be able to find food in nature. You can train such a dog during peace and it will certainly pay you back in times of hunger as a friend, watchman and protector. When looking for food, follow the principle of the greatest probability of success. So choose the area where there are the least seekers like you. Where others have already been, you will not find food, but you may come across desperate hungry people. So look for food in nature or in sparsely populated areas, with sparse farms.
B14. Never steal other people's food remnants. This is an extremely non-moral act. Simple logic already indicates that when robbing others during hunger, you must reckon with their exceptional defensive response. Even great hunger is not worth you risking your or others' life in struggle with desperate hungry people. Remember that tomorrow is also a day that can change a lot. Yourself put up active resistance against all those who will want to rob you of your food reserves.
C. HEALTH
C1. Nature provides many herbal plants that will improve your health. Read at least one book about medicinal plants that occur in your climate. Learn to recognize them in the field. Find out for which illnesses and how the plant was used. e.g. did you know that an ordinary raspberry stem brewed in boiling water is great tea and, by the way, has warming properties. On the Internet you will find many channels about preppers who use medicinal plants. The knowledge you will gain in this way will allow you to prepare more easily a script of your own preppering exercises. Remember that only in this way will you consolidate the acquired knowledge. Watching a movie on how to light a fire in the forest after a storm is not the same as doing it yourself. Start learning about medicinal plants from the best publications, e.g. dr. Henry St. Rozanski. This scientist described and explained the effects of a given plant on our body and how to prepare various types of plant substances. The descriptions should contain Latin names, which will allow the identification of plants in different languages of the world, e.g. http://rozanski.ch/fitoterapia1.htm . The most important thing in survival is the "will to survive". It is this will that forces us to plan, prepare appropriate supplies, tools, knowledge, meet the right people we can count on in difficult times. The collapse, reset of civilization of the 2030s will verify our previous activities, our morality and spiritual will to survive. Preppers, who constantly prepare for various types of life threats, warn that preparation should be started as soon as possible. Then we only verify our plan, resources and equipment. Looking at the world situation that emerged from the Covid-19 event, we can come to the following conclusion. We all thought that we still have a lot of time, that it is still 10 years, maybe longer. Nobody but the few preppers, readers of totaliztic publications, scientists, took into account the fact that the very collapse of our civilization began much earlier, and the years 2030s will be just its apogee. Therefore, all those who read this article, watched the Polish video "Zagłada ludzkości 2030", must decide whether to buy a new TV set, game console, go on a better vacation, or rather spend funds on the purchase of survival equipment, and spend free time reading books about herbal medicine. It is an individual decision of each of us. Before we make it, let us look at our loved ones and think about whether if the collapse comes, we can blame ourselves for the fate that it happened to us. Let everyone provide for him/herself the answer to this question.
C2. Always have salt with you, it's the easiest way to supplement minerals. The more coarse the salt, the better. Salt is an excellent preservative. Remember that even stones can be used in medicine, e.g. heated stone in the fire is a substitute for a hot water bottle. Mongolians use this technique in the Gobi desert which turns into a cold and frosty place at night. They burn the fire in which they throw stones. Then the heat and stones are covered with earth. They put blankets and sleeping bags in such a prepared place. Stones can then give away heat all night and many trappers even during a large frost could rest in warmth.
C3. Utilise the sun. Remember that the sun's rays enable the production of vitamin D, which determines your immunity. Do not protect yourself from the sun all day, let the sun rays from time to time warm your skin. This is especially important for people living far away from the tropics. For example, northern people often suffer from various diseases. One of their reasons is the need to stay in closed rooms in winter and the lack of sun. The sun kills but only in the desert from dehydration and at high altitudes, where the magnetic field is not effective enough to filter harmful radiation. This problem concerns pilots and astronauts. For the average person, it would only occur in the event of the disappearance of the earth's magnetic field, which, however, would be more lethal to humanity than the collapse of the modern civilization system.
C4. Take care of hygiene. During hunger and nomadic life, this is the basic condition for your health. Wash your whole body and wash clothes at every opportunity. Remember that clothes dry even in the cold. You just have to take care of it to shatter ice out of it from time to time. You can dry them by the fire. In the desert, you can use dry sand for washing. It will not deprive you of dirt like water, but it will allow you to properly flake off the scarfskin. The sand cleaning technique will never replace water - it's just a substitute.
C5. Do not expose yourself to injury, cold. Remember that in difficult times the slightest illness can lead to death. Don't underestimate any indisposition. If you feel that something bad is happening to your body, remember that the most important priority is to cure indisposition. Remember simple rules, e.g. that charcoal detoxifies, heat heals colds, cold is good for bruises, fasting detoxifies, and dehydration poisons kidneys. There are dozens of these rules, of course, but it's important that you know the most important and understand how your body works. During the peace period, take care of your teeth. Remember that even a modern pandemic has proved how difficult it is for us to live without access to dental surgeries. In the years of a possible collapse, there will be no more hospitals or health care facilities. The healthier our body will be in these years without chronic injuries and diseases, the greater the chance to survive the fall and collapse of current civilization.
C6. Learn massage and acupressure, these simple techniques will help you in many situations. I don't know if you are aware, dear reader, that simply pressing the external parts of the tibia in ancient times allowed Chinese warriors to walk twice as long as they could have done without massage techniques. Massage is an important health factor. It will help you and your loved ones with whom you will wander, in protecting yourself from desperate people looking for food and water.
C7. Do sport. If you are constantly fit, you have a better chance of surviving. As Eastern medicine says, diseases are divided into heart disease, lung disease and disease from bacteria and viruses. If we train, we have stronger hearts, our lungs and respiratory system also become stronger. When we sweat, we expel toxins from the body, which strengthens our immune system. Being fit, we also have less chance of injuries such as sprains, fractures. We also have a better chance to escape the impending danger. So do sports, be fit before the bad times come.
C8. Learn first aid rules. Remember that the famous 5 minutes since an accident, heart attack, drowning is a key time. Even on yourself train wearing wounds' dressings, find out everything you need to know about securing a wound, decontaminating it, and even stitching. Read how to stop hemorrhage, how to stiffen a broken limb. These are simple basic fields of rescue. These skills can save your and other people's lives in the future. Before difficult times arise, try to prepare a well-equipped first aid kit. In addition to medications, bandages, disinfectants, it would be good to have a mini surgical kit that will allow you to sew a wound, remove fluid from a smashed area, and even remove a foreign body that has stuck into your wound. Remember, however, that without medical knowledge you can do only some of the activities, or otherwise the lack of professional medical knowledge can kill a person being saved faster than the wound itself. It would be good if the group you are going try to survive with, includes at least one person trained as a rescuer or doctor.
C9. Avoid people during the peak period of collapse, pandemic or war. Remember that most of them will be able to kill you for a slice of bread. A very large number of these people will be carriers of various bacteria and viruses. Don't expose yourself to infection if you can avoid infected or aggressive people. Curiosity or recklessness in such times can kill.
C10. If you find a sick or injured person on your way, give him/her the necessary help. Remember that sometimes you may also be in a similar situation and if the fate decided you two to meet, act like the proverbial Good Samaritan. However, do not expose yourself to unnecessary risk, always assess the morality of the person you met and who needs help. Make sure that he/she is not a trap set for your group like a Trojan horse.
To sum up, if we draw conclusions from the current pandemic, directions of our development as a civilization, then it seems reasonable to acquire the above-mentioned knowledge and equipment. Even being an optimist, we must know that putting things off to the last minute will not be wise. Of course, we do not know how the current pandemic will end, whether it will lead to a mega crisis or war. Seeing the riots on the streets of European cities, the USA, etc., we wonder what is happening, and whether the collapse of civilization is really approaching its apogee. Let us hope that this is not the case and the specter of the coming collapse will be only a theoretical moral lesson for us. If, however, fate decided that the years described in the Polish video of totalizm "Zagłada Ludzkości 2030" (i.e. "The Great Purification of 2030s") will come sooner, then the more urgent start of preparations can save lives of us and our loved ones. The world based on "money" has shown to us that it has no solid foundations and that the security of tomorrow is no longer as certain as before Covid-19. Moral people are self-sufficient preppers, they don't count on others, they are not parasites, but they take matters into their own hands. It depends on us what path we will choose now. Everyone can have a different opinion and decide on their own morality. Old people, who are on the verge of present-day temporality always have one opinion here, namely that immorality ultimately does not pay. We always have to pay for evil, recklessness, laziness, naivety or stupidity. This is not an option of variants of our lives, but one of the moral laws that forces us to earn everything that is valuable to us. If we want to be ready to survive through the possible collapse of civilization, we must put in a lot of time and energy into preparation.
As a friend of Professor Pająk and a student of his scientific achievements, I encourage you to observe the publications of Totalizm and thus to think independently about what we are experiencing now. The above description is only part of the instructions on how to start preparing for the impending 2030s. Perhaps our civilization will wake up from the current stagnation, righteous and wise people will sit in the places of many of today's world leaders, while the current "money" which escalates all evil will be replaced by the future happiness of the God-designed phenomenon of "nirvana" - as it is explained in totaliztic web page named "partia_totalizmu_uk.htm". If that happens, humanity will survive, and the coming years of its collapse will never happen. However, if nothing happens, let us use the folk wisdom "if you want peace, get ready for war" ~ Titus Livius.

Dr. Eng. Jan Pająk, who runs this blog, would like to thank the author of the above post #323E, i.e. the Totalizt and Polish citizen Sławomir Jabłoński, for accepting the invitation that his above presentation is published on 2020/6/17 as post number #323 (in Polish) and #323E (in English) to all blogs of totalizm, and also is repeated in "volume S" from the publication [13] accessible, amongst others, through the web page named "tekst_13.htm". (Publication [13] offers full content of all posts to blogs of totalizm.) This presentation is already the third one to the preparation of which the author has invited Mr. Jabłoński due to his high practical and already proven expertise in these matters. This third presentation #323E informs interested people how they should find their food in case when during impending "The Great Purification" of 2030s they start to live as wanderers and gatherers among nature (instead of living in cities). It summarizes of "what" edible and necessary dietary supplements (also "where" and "when") can be found in Polish (European) wilderness, and "how to prepare it" to make it suitable for consumption or for use as an effective food and dietary supplement. In turn the previous second presentation (published as post number #314E on 2019/8/17) informs interested people what actions and preparations increase their chance of surviving during impending The Great Purification of humanity in the 2030s. The earliest of these three presentations, explains what equipment is necessary to facilitate survival in the wilderness. It was published in Polish on 2018/7/30 as post number #300 to blogs of totalizm, while repeated as the first post from "volume T" of the abovementioned publication [13] (available, among others, via the web page named "tekst_13.htm" - note that due to the use of decreasing page numbering, volumes T and S of the publication [13] publish the first posts at their very end).
The reason for the preparation of the above three presentations is that, according to the "owner" of this blog, one needs to be thoroughly prepared for impending "The Great Purification" in order to have any chance of being in that group of probably only about one in every thousand currently living people who will survive the rapidly approaching purification of humanity during the 2030s (i.e. survive the extinction warned in the totaliztic web page named "2030_uk.htm" and in the free YouTube video summarizing that web page and named in Polish "Zagłada ludzkości 2030" (i.e. "The Great Purification of 2030s") which can be viewed e.g. from the web page named "djp.htm" that lists all free YouTube videos created with the direct participation of Dr. Jan Pająk, or viewed directly from the following Internet address: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o06UvHgahr8 ). Developing the required skills (and acquiring practical ability to use them), gathering the equipment necessary for survival and plans where survival of the reader has a best chances, as well as learning the knowledge required to survive, is an important component of this preparation for surviving the purification by leading a nomadic life and feeding on the fruits of nature. By just a passive reliance only on stocks previously accumulated in cities, or in own homes or bunkers, this purification lasting many years probably cannot be survived.
At this point it is worth to mention that already since 2006 my research clearly indicates how the humanity could prevent this impending "The Great Purification". Namely, similarly to the fate of the Biblical city of "Nineveh", the present people should also make an effort to drastically change their behaviours. The required change should depend on complete stopping the use of "money" - the drugging for people evil power of which "money" is the main source of all evil on Earth. After all, the elimination of "money" from use is simple - it only requires replacing their current functions by the work of powerful "happiness" generated through the phenomenon of "nirvana" - as this is explained in items #A1 to #A4 from the totaliztic web page named "partia_totalizmu_uk.htm" and in based on these items #A1 to #A4 posts number #320E and #321E to blogs of totalizm. However, in spite that my proposal of peaceful and democratic implementation of the new "nirvana political system", which would completely eliminate "money" from use (and thus would also eliminate the spread of evil caused by the use of "money") through replacing "money" with "nirvana" that constructively builds the moral growth and prosperity of all people, has been published continually since 2006, people still delay the implementation of the new "nirvana political system" because almost no one takes seriously my research indicating that the "nirvana political system" is able to rescue the entire humanity from impending cataclysms. In turn, after a few further years of such delays and "dillydally", it will be already too late to save our civilization from "The Great Purification" through introduction of the "nirvana political system".

Almost a half of these posts is published there also in English, and thus will be understood also by inhabitants of countries other than Poland.
